In order to manifest a new reality in order to change our current life circumstances we have to transcend the anchors the anchors the memories of our traumas that carry the frequencies of those traumas and have held us stuck anchored into our current reality so we want to Transcend this reality so in order to transcend this reality we have to transcend our story so sometimes when we're triggered and we get caught up in the frequency of those triggers it's can be a challenge to process filter and and get access to the correct data information A new script a new story to replace all of that language and energy and frequency of the old story the old script the old memories that they old traumatic frequencies so what we're going to do here is we're going to create a script a script that you can use so that it will help guide you was going to be a guide to help you Go through those triggered moments those low times those times of frustration anger depression so this is going to be a resource that you can go back to and the language will be created and of course I really want you to flow with this and be flexible with it but we're going to work with a transcending script for you So you can transcend the story so you can transcend those anchors and what I mean by that in review is we're going to take that energetic charge off it that negative one the one that you were feeling and expressing so what we're going to do like we have talked in other discussions we have the bill due transcend that change it into a higher frequency and I doing that we transcend the story and we transcend our reality so in the following we will see some files and papers of how we're going to transcend the story so I'll look for what's following in the attachment and you will have access to the script
**So this week's lesson we're going to be transcending those anchors that we talked about in last weeks lessons. These anchors that keep us anchored into our current reality. Here we recognize just how powerful we really are. That we are true alchemists and that we have some incredible superpowers that we have discussed in recent Conversations.
