The suggestion is euphoriaI just kicked off The Dave Elman Legacy Global Convention with a two hour exploration of his work and it's influence on me. I finished with an exclusive.
Ricardo Manzo and I collaborated under the name of "Cohort 1" to create a dance tune, whose lyrics are made up entirely of Dave Elman quotes, straight out of his book Findings in Hypnosis.
Been a tough one keeping this under wraps, but it's out now.
Turn it on, turn it up, and let it take you there.

The Six Words of Tilopa
If they are good enough to bring you to buddhahood, they are certainly good enough to eliminate unnecessary agitation.
And so much more.A one thousand year old teaching, as relevant today as it was then.

Hypnosis isn’t relaxation. Self-hypnosis doesn’t require you to be relaxed.
Yet, both can be used to achieve deep levels of relaxation.
In this audio you will be guided through a classic deep relaxation exercise, into your very own basement-of-relaxation. Then you will be given a key, that will enable you to return to that place any time that you wish.
Are you curious to find out how deep you can go?
I am. So please let us know, how it was for you, with a comment below?

Deep sleep.
Deep sleep is a joy.
It is one we all enjoy.
Yet, how do we know this? How do we know with such certainty that we enjoy deep sleep?
This is one of life’s great mysteries.

Morning will come. It has no choice.
And we begin waking up; but before anything is voiced.
An opportunity presents itself. A magical moment.
In that transition from sleeping to waking.
Before the body wakes up fully. Before thinking has fully engaged.
In this gap, this moment of silence, with nothing to do, nothing to avoid or achieve.
In this space, between two states, you are naturally attuned to a stillness, without effort.
The perfume of deep sleep pervades this peaceful experience.
If we remain tuned into this stillness, a timeless moment is revealed.

SURFACE.
You can choose to engage in self-hypnosis any time and anywhere. You can disengage from that process any time too.
However you can ratify the work that you have done and encourage it’s automatic expression by emerging from the process with just as much intention as you when you initiated it.
For years, knocking at a door. Finally, it opens. I have been knocking from the inside.

SUGGEST.
Time to consider post-hypnotic suggestions. They have three parts:
The post-hypnotic suggestion.
The post-hypnotic trigger.
The post-hypnotic act.
What will you trigger in yourself?

SUGGEST.
This is the fifth step in this seven-step self-hypnosis program.
Once you have learnt to stop (see Step 1), sit (see Step 2), sense (see Step 3) and set your trajectory (see Step 4) it is time to suggest. There are many ways to do this.
We begin with a reminder to self-remember.
By making a distinction between yourself and any given experience, you are in a better position to make changes.

SET.

SENSE.
This is the third step in this seven-step self-hypnosis program.
Once you have learnt to stop (see Step 1), and sit (see Step 2), it is worthwhile paying attention to the sensory components of your experience. This audio will help with that.
It makes it easier to disentangle these building blocks of experience, so that you might better be able to change them and create new experiences.By learning to allow your attention to reach toward and return from your sensory experiences, you will be better equipped to communicate with yourself.

SIT.
This is the second step in this seven-step self-hypnosis program.
Once you have learnt to stop (see Step 1), it is useful to familiarise yourself with the hypnotic experience. This audio will help with that.
This will help you to relax into the experience, and learn to sit with whatever it is that you are experiencing at that time.By learning to sit with yourself in this way, you will better be able to sense what that experience is made up of, so that you may make changes to it, or disentangle yourself from it entirely.

iLAB - Do you experience chronic pain?If you were free of your chronic physical or emotional pain would that be detrimental to you in any way?If the answer is no, and you want to be free, then listen to this audio. It will guide you through The Arrow Technique which reliably reduces or eliminates useless and unnecessary pain. (1)Chronic pain, whether physical or emotional, remains a significant burden for both individuals and society.Standard medical treatment for chronic pain is often inadequate, and it is common for frustrated patients to seek costly treatments from multiple health care professionals, often without significant relief.Growing awareness of the limitations of currently available pain treatments make the use of suggestion-based techniques and self-hypnosis an attractive component of pain treatment.Obviously we all know what pain is. However if we are to help ourselves to alleviate it, it is useful if we can first define or describe pain. This allows us to examine what makes it up and target our intervention accordingly. The clinical psychologist and renowned expert in chronic pain Dr. Bruce Eimer defines it this way.Pain is a subjective experience, that normally feels unpleasant, like something in the body has been, or is being damaged or destroyed; that feels like a threat to or interference with one’s ongoing functionality and health; and that is associated with negative emotions, such as fear, anxiety, anger or depression. (2)This definition acknowledges that pain contains several elements1. Bodily sensation, with qualities like those experienced during or after tissue-damagingstimulation.
It is useless and unnecessary pain.
Listen to the audio and let us know how your experience changes?(1) The Arrow Technique was created by Freddy Jacquin and can be learnt at www.jacquinhypnosisacademy.com(2) Eimer. Bruce. Hypnotize Yourself Out of Pain Now! 2008. Crown.
