Stella goes over Freedom of Speech in today's Course Correction by reviewing 200-year-old legal precedent, and why that doesn't protect you from real world consequences outside the government's control. In this short segment, Stella take a few minutes to address some thing that have been said about them online.
Part 2 – Maria Iniguez – Candidate for Wenatchee School Board Position #2 running to retain her seat.
Maria Iniguez has made the most positive change of any school board member for the underrepresented communities of Wenatchee in the last two years.
Until Maria made it happen in 2020, the school board meetings were not being translated to Spanish, nor did they have a Spanish translator available for Parents if they wanted to comment at a school board meeting.
There was even a school in the Wenatchee School District that was not sending home Spanish paperwork to Spanish speaking families. That is unacceptable when 53% of the school population is Hispanic/Latinx.
These are just a few of the changes Maria has affected directly in the last two years as a school board director.

When was the Progressive Party Formed?
The progressive Party, informally called the Bull Moose Party, was formed in 1912 by Theodore Roosevelt. The party’s popular nickname of Bull Moose was derived from the characteristics of strength and vigour often used by Roosevelt to describe himself.
