In the first part of this episode, Stephen and Courtney share their experiences as participants of a strategic planning project sponsored by The Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. This select group of GSBC Alumni formed The Signals Group focused on technology. Their task was to study technology innovations, their current applications in banking, technological possibilities in community banking and what it all means for GSBC.
