I sit down with my friend, Parris Lee, who is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Parris shares her personal journey with mental health. Also, we talk about the difficulties of setting boundaries with friends and we uncover several misconceptions about mental health that are perpetuated in Hollywood films and TV shows.

This week, I interviewed Win Charles. Win was born with Cerebral Palsy and has defied the odds by becoming an artist, author, athlete, podcaster, and motivational speaker. Win’s stories aren’t about hardships or all of the things a young woman with a disability can't do. They are about LIVING and "WINNING", doing it anyway despite difficult challenges, and finding her voice and passion.

I’m joined by my husband, Austin Price, to uncover the truth about finances in marriage. We share our financial journey as individuals and as a couple with some helpful advice. We share our own perspectives on finances; however, we acknowledge that every couple views and treats money differently. We are not experts, but we are a couple of young “kids” in our twenties trying to make smart financial decisions. In this episode, I honestly share my experiences as a blind woman working in Corporate America. Also, I give suggestions for If you work with people with disabilities and you may want to ask questions, but don’t know how. As professionals, people with disabilities may face hurdles that are different than what their colleagues face; so, let’s talk about it.
