First Motion hearing for The Kingdom of Heaven Found a Sean. The opposing and moving party who represent My sister's lawyer in an Application for Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee are in Court perpetuating the fraud of My sister's lawyer, insisting documents have been filed with the Court. The Reply Factum shows email correspondences between My Self and the Bracebridge Courthouse who have confirmed that no documents have been filed with the Court, and that the Estate is 'not open to the public' until a Certificate is Issued. Really? So they are going to Issue the Certificate, THEN Create a Court of Record? If One is thing King that sounds like fraud, they Will be correct. Yet they seem to presume the Judge doesn't know, or won't care. All one has to do is enter the CV number for the Certificate that has since Issued to know that there is no Court of Record for this Estate. I guess they are hoping the Judge Will not look up the Estate to see for her Self?
Should RosenSack be charged with aiding and abetting the fraud for continuing to perpetrate this fraud on the Court as their defense strategy? I am thing King so, and My guess is that the Judge 'Reserved' judgment to consider her options.

Although I cannot be sure, I Trust this is the result of My recent follow up with the Ministry of the Attorney General. Defense counsel Will have an opportunity to respond to the Motion, otherwise, I am instructed to prepare My Motion Record and a 'Clean Draft Order'. I Will be tall King about that in future episodes, for now We are celebrating a Victorious Action (We have now proved that You CAN reverse a Judge's Order by challenging the Court).

Hello every One, and welcome to the Kingdom of God Podcasting of Magic. I've been away for a bit, enjoying the silence in My Microcosm and doing a little more quiet research of My own. My Pro Vision is [finally] in Focus, as I've made a couple more subtle but powerful realizations (or Real Eyes-A-Sean's) about some of the legal terms Canada uses... Like 'Provision'. A provision is a 'stipulation' in a contract that does not need proof or validation, it is presumed to be a factual obligation on its face! This is big, folks, and My Focus is always on 'Folk Us'. What is Good for One must be Good for all.
I am also tall King about other Common Law 'Victories' that are proving to be True, like dealing with My father's Estate and the bill of exchange I used to discharge My father's outstanding mortgage. Well, it's done! The Notice of Criminal Liability is Officially on the International Public Record!!! Sally A. Gomery has 30 days to respond to the Notice or be Noted in Default and Liable for $2,510,800.00. So dismissing the Claim as frivolous and vexatious is making for a bigger payday. Even better, I have the contingency Plan of contingency Plans if I am not able to collect on Sally A. Gomery's performance bond.

Crazy, but I was also tall King on the podcast about how this particular episode only had a couple hundred views or something when I last checked (which Will have been years ago, but still) there are almost 275,000 views now!!! [That's Good News because it means a quarter million more People are waking up to this stuff].

Hey everyone! This Podcast was kind of a surprise because I was not expecting to wake up today feeling so fabulous. I've had some time to consider and reflect on all the 'Tricks' that have been played by defense counsel in My Claim, and I am feeling better about it than ever! Yeah, never a dull moment. City of Ottawa apparently has the Power to bend time and space, and was able to enter a statement of intent to defend only six seconds before they were Noted in Default. What an unusual coincidence! (Yeah, We don't believe in coincidences).
So lots going on folks! New crimes by defense, and this time they are not just breaking the Rules, they are committing PERJURY on the Court of Record!!! The plot thickens...
Yeah, can't say much more about than what's in the Title, but I discover some Magical things about the decision of the Court in response to defense counsel's original private Letter to the Court to dismiss, and made in violation of the Rules of Civil Procedure. This is a very inspired episode You Will not Wish to miss!!!

It's not Official, but it is 'technically' official. The city of Ottawa are in default, no materials have been filed with the Registrar, today is the end of the 21st day. It Will become Official on Monday when they are Noted in Default and Judgment is awarded against them.
Well, more silence from the city, more happy thoughts in My Microcosm. Tall King about how the city of Ottawa appears to be in default (so long as there are no tricks going on behind the scenes that I am unaware of).

Yeah, so I made some Royal Strawberry Scones. I share the recipe with You and photos of My work in the Witches, Wizards and Warlocks Lucky Wednesday Edition of the Good News Journal. Now there's a benefit I bet You've never considered. Once one claims their Life, they can put the Word 'Royal' before any recipe and it just sounds that much better. Really, would You prefer to have Royal Mixed Berry Scones, or [just plain old] 'Mixed Berry Scones'? I'll have those coming up tomorrow!

Today I'm tall King about the Magic of Public Notices and how I've been using them to hold elected officials accountable to their respective positions of office. I am also tall King a little more about the King thing to remind the People of Canada that in a constitutional democratic Monarchy, "The government acts in the name of the Crown but derives its authority from the Canadian People."
I encourage all Canadians to review Canada's Parliamentary system and learn how it works straight from the source. Notice how it does not say that Canada derives its authority from the Queen? These subtle nuances are not arbitrary, legal language is very specific. Her Majesty is the head of state because Her Majesty knows what it means to be a Sovereign People. Her role is to protect the Sovereignty of Canada's People from the overreach of government, which is why complaints against representatives of the Crown (government elected officials) are expressed to Her Majesty, or "REGINA verses...".
I am also tall King about all of the documents and private agreements I have made with service representatives of Canada's government and how they are organized in My portfolio as Presents for the Court, which Will be Published on a Blog Post later today and updated with a link when available. Hello every One and welcome to a Truly Fabulous Friday Free Verse Edition. My Statement of Claim has officially got legs! Yes, it was determined by the Ministry of the Attorney General on behalf of the Ontario Superior Courts of Justice that defense Will be compelled to defend My Claim in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure. It is a very diplomatic Way of letting Me know that the Statement of Claim is NOT frivolous and vexatious 'on its face', and that defense Will have to provide additional information to substantiate a Motion to dismiss, and I Will be Given fair Notice of any Motion and ample time to defend and Present My arguments to defend My position. Very Good day for Me, not such a great day for Housing Services. Oh, and My housing subsidy is also officially approved!

Hello every One. Today I am tall King about Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation going into default and the Default Judgment 'Nihil Dicit, Res Judicata' which Will be filed against them. I am also tall King about why I will NOT be filing a claim against them into the Superior Court for the $1 million I am as King them for in compensation.
Renewal package was also handed to the city of Ottawa's legal counsel, and I am also tall King about where Canada provides for remedy of violations of the United Nations Charter on Civil and Political Rights.

Tall King about a Statement of Claim I prepared yesterday and the UNguru platform (emphasis on the 'un').
A link to some useful information if One ever finds themselves commencing an action in Canada (or more specifically, Ontario). I mention on the call that I am NOT well versed in the Rules of Civil Procedure and the 'fiction' of commercial law - I'm well versed in Our inherent rights and where to find those protection in law. Which court One needs to file an action into to get the result One Wishes is absolutely not My forte, but in this scenario, I'm filing a Statement of Claim because I told the defendants what it would cost them to offend My Character, they did not dispute, and they repeated the offence (which is a tacit agreement). So I have a legitimate claim for $210,800.00, and all Superior Courts in the province of Ontario have the jurisdiction and authority to provide relief for violations of Canada's international binding obligations under the U.N. Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

An introduction to the New Series, "Letters Out Loud". I was compelled to Author a new Writ today, so We are starting with My most recent letter to My landlord advising them I am not a taxpayer (and therefore cannot produce income assessment forms provided by Revenue Canada), and that they have My consent to contact the necessary Ministries of the Canadian government for income verification purposes.
Today I am tall King about returning to a store I have placed on Notice of Criminal Liability for discriminating against Me for having a medical exemption to wearing a mask. I read the Notice on the call and talk about why Notices are such a powerful Way to stop further trespass.

It is a Claim of Right upon One's Life, and it can be in whatever form One Wishes it to be, so long as the Intent and Purpose of the document is clearly understood.

Well, after a rather abrupt end to relay-Sean's with minister Edward, I had to consider a new direct-Sean for this Bod's Pod Casting of Magic. The Good News is, the Letter from Canada's Registrar General confirms that it does not register or hold authority of People. One of the reasons for the War of Words with Edward is his belief that the state presumes to hold a claim of right over the Value of One's Life by Way of the Live Birth Record's registration - despite the fact he is reading a letter from the Registrar General's Office directly stating it does not.
That has always been My belief because if it were, it would be a contract of bondage and slavery which could never be legally binding anyway, never Mind the fact that the individual is not even consciously aware enough at the time of its creation to have any legal capacity to contract.
The 'War of Words' with minister Edward was beneficial for Me in other Ways because prior to the Letter from the Registrar, I may have enjoyed debating Edward on the Matter. But I am not going to waste time disputing a point that has already been clearly established by the office responsible for those records.
So now I can speak to People from a perspective of knowledge, not belief. At the very least in Canada, the state "does not register or presume to hold authority of People". The commercial system works the same Way in every country, so My presumption is that the same is True everywhere. Our voluntary participation is required.
This podcast introduces some of the things I Will be tall King about in what Will now be the beginning of Season 2. I Will also be including a new series called "Letters out Loud", which Will be a collection of the Letters I have sent to Canada's government read by Me, along with the response (if any) and an explanation of the Letter, why I Write the Way I do, and other additional insights. The compilation Will eventually comprise an audio record of My Common Law efforts to dissolve My public Trust in government, re-Telling My Story in audio format.

Hi every One. Not an ideal podcast because minister Edward really goes off on Me here. I'm sharing this because hosting a Podcast is still new to Me and I know that One of the things a host needs to learn to deal with is how to deal with surprises - especially when We are tall King about walking a Spiritual path and learning to Act like Honourable Ladies and Lords in the Kingdom of God.
I considered scrapping the call altogether and reconsidered. The reason minister Edward begins to attack Me is because I tell him that as King (demanding) that One be 'paid out' according to Canada's Life Index and Annuities table for their years of Life in exchange for the [Original, Genuine Article] Record of Live Birth registered with Canada, is the 'wrong Play'. It is the wrong play for several reasons. One of the main reasons is another critical point Edward disagrees with Me on - it has NOTHING to do with the individual. Edward insists the Record of Live Birth represents the [commercial] Value of the individual's Life; that it proves the individual 'legally' exists. It doesn't.
That belief alone can be harmful. The registration proves and event took place, and it does not claim ownership of the event. The government 'titles' the event, [in My case] 'SEAN STEPHEN VON DEHN'. This is the beginning of the 'legal' Sentence of the STORY. When We make a claim upon that Title, We are as King for that STORY to be MY STORY. My Story is the Story of Sean Stephen von Dehn, and am the Truth, the Life and the Way of My Story. Do not claim to be a page in someone else's book.

We are each Gifted a Holy Kingdom Given Us by God but few have laid Claim to His Glorious Kingdom, the Whole 'E' (Energy) Trinity of Mind, Body and Soul; the body of Man's Kind is God's Keep (regardless her kind).
We are tall King about what it means to be a minister of God and how to Act as God's representatives in the modern world. We are tall King about the relevance of the King James Bible to Man's system of Law, particularly as it applies in Canada. We discuss the role of Canada's Privy council, the Significance and relevance of the U.N. Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, why it is legally binding in Canada, and how to apply the knowledge practically. Perhaps most importantly, We discuss how One goes about doing so without violating their faith and belief, so long as the faith and belief is reasonable (which brings Us full circle to the relevance of the King James Bible and the Story of Christ's Character). Lots of other interesting tidbits in here, too. I'm very pleased with this first podcast, it is beyond what I expected for the debut.
