For the longest time, we have been conditioned to be a certain way, have been taught to behave and react that have been different from our reality. This episode is an attempt to encourage and normalise emotions in all genders and age groups. I call it spilling the beans and not for the negative meaning it has but to spill what we feel, the bottled feelings because what you feel is normal and so is your pain. It is okay.
