This podcast is going to be about my journey to living a more eco-friendly and positive lifestyle. I will look into different aspects of environmentalism. I will tell you about what I am doing to help better out planet and what we can all be doing. I believe we all need to help the environment.
In this episode my good friend Sarah Smallman joins me in talking about food waste generated by restaurants. We have both worked in many food places and have seen first hand just how much food restaurants throw away. We also share our ideas on how restaurants can help fight these problems.
Sarah is an amazing environmentalist and I am so glad she came on to my podcast. I am so thankful to Sarah for taking time out of her day to talk to me and I cannot wait to have her back on more episodes.
