Do you think the criteria that most public and private sector uses to recruit/employ young people is fair given the rate of youth unemployment in South Africa? The sole purpose of this podcast is to discuss all matters affecting the lives of the youth and all people in general. The main focus will be placed on addressing the criteria that most companies use to recruit and employ young people. This podcast will be covering all topics relating to what can the SA youth do to challenge the issue of unemployment and changing the current employment criteria so it can favour every citizen.
In this session I was just catching up with the people, asking them how have they been and what's their take in the fact that other countries are continuing business as usual despite the world being in the midst of a pandemic.
