Arti started her career as a Chartered Accountant, whilst also embarking on a 15+ year journey in the Professional Services Sector. She has worked between audit, tax and advisory services, spending the largest chunk of her career as a Management Consulting, focusing on large-scale Finance Transformation programmes. Working and travelling the globe opened Arti's eyes to the impacts of what our working lives can have on our overall wellbeing. Therefore, with the experience she gained in her career, she decided to pivot into wellbeing, where she first worked with Deloitte Consulting in the UK, to design, develop and deliver a comprehensive wellbeing strategy. By being able to create positive change, Arti was inspired to continue to grow in this field and is now the Global Wellbeing Leader for Ocado Group. Outside of her day-to-day working life, Arti is a qualified life coach, as well as an Advisor and Director to various organisations from both a strategic and responsible business standpoint. Katie is also the founder of Cheeky Mantwa, a stationery brand with a sister publishing imprint focusing on inclusive children’s books. The books aim to instill pride and belonging in mixed heritage children and to educate all children about the beauty of diversity. Katie’s own South African and British heritage has inspired her writing and purpose.
