Everything Coffee, a podcast that delves into the relationship of coffee with a variety of people. From manufactures, cafe owners, coffee roasters, social media personalities, and so much more, this podcast takes on a deep conversation about everything coffee.
Today I’m joined by Natalia Alcazar, born in the Pacific Northwest Natalia was exposed early to some of the best coffee from around the world, building interest over the years. As Natalia evolved, her career took her in a different direction working in the corporate world and often being the youngest individual in the room filled with mostly men. Noting that her solutions were often overlooked by executives because she was a young Latina woman.
Coming to a realization, Natalia quit her job, and returned to her roots in coffee. Finding that coffee made her happy because of the shared memories, home and community.
Using her life savings Natalia left to Minneapolis, MN where she enrolled in roasting classes with Mill City Roaster and eventually buying her own roaster and developing her own roasts that would sit behind her brand Dahlia Coffee Co.
Returning to her Mexican roots and naming her company after the National Mexican Flower, Natalia has committed to with her company bringing kindness and making a positive change.

Mac Gooden is a full time barista at a coffee shop in Wildomar, CA. Having worked as a coffee roaster at Temecula Coffee Roaster, Mac has continued to evolve in the coffee industry. His speciality coffee interest began during covid lockdown down after graduating from college wanting to learn how to make a better cup, it all started with St. James Hoffman, our living patron St. of coffee watching videos and getting lost down the rabbit hole.

Today I’m joined by David Anderson, a YouTube and instagram personality. Working in the coffee industry as a Barista, Educator, Manager and consultant, David’s curiosity has grown since he made the discovery of his passion in his early 20’s.
David now runs a YouTube Channel - David Likes Coffee starting in 2018 as a hobby with the intention in becoming a better communicator and storyteller and encouraging viewers to approach coffee with the same curiosity and open mind.
David’s channel has touched on various topics, including the Right to Repair, impression on new products, brewing roasts on different machines and brewing coffee and sharing a cup with his viewers.

Wallace Poon joins us to discuss his fall down the rabbit hole of coffee back in 2021 with specialty coffee. During the time, Wallace began to gain interest in wanting to roast Competition style coffee, of which he and a group of friends ventured into. This led Wallace to compete in the 2023 Canadian National Brewers Cup in which he shared his experience on IG along with his scoring cards.
