The LymphCast program is a conversation aimed at education and discovery. Our world-class experts, and their guests, aim to enlighten patients and healthcare professionals in understanding these chronic and challenging diseases.
Our ultimate goal is to help people suffering from lymphatic disorders of all kinds to achieve their personal best quality of life through greater awareness, understanding, and treatment. Take a deep dive with us as we discuss and explore the latest in lymphatic research and management. We provide patients with solutions-based approaches as well as a community and a conversation.
Living with a chronic disease is a daunting reality endured by millions of people all over the world. Knowing there is no cure can be both discouraging and frustrating. We at LymphCast are working hard to give real hope to those suffering from chronic swelling of all kinds.
LymphCast's vision is to serve as a resource and think tank for chronic lymphedema sufferers, and the greater healthcare community. Together, we can bring the mystery of lymphatic disease out of the shadows and help patients live a fulfilling life.

Keith Moore, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon who has dedicated his skills to diagnosing and treating venous and lymphatic disorders. After earning his medical degree at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine, Dr. Moore completed an internship and residency in the Department of Surgery at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York.
He is the lead physician at Center for Vein Restoration’s Camp Creek vein center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Moore is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Venous Lymphatic Medicine. He is a recent Fellow of the American College of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. Fellows of the College are recognized for their significant dedication and contribution to the field of venous disease, including authoring papers, contributing to education, years of practice, leadership, volunteering, and other intangibles that make them unique assets to the field and the organization.

I believe living a purpose driven life shouldn’t be directed by objectives in our path but rather align with our values. I left the corporate medical world to pursue my calling and to live life through philanthropy.
I was born with an incurable disorder called lymphedema that left me immensely disfigured. My right leg was 200% bigger than my left leg. I lived feeling alone for a long time. Through lifelong adversity with my disability, I developed an activist mindset as I feverishly fought to better my quality of life through medicine, nutrition, fitness, and faith. Against all odds, my journey led me to overcome the worst known severity of lymphedema, and I now manage it with minimal maintenance. I left the corporate medical world to pursue my calling to be a voice for those with disabilities and live a philanthropic life. You can read about my story in the book I am releasing on August 2nd: Drop The Skirt: How My Disability Became My Superpower.
I created a supportive and educational community around lymphedema called Ninjas Fighting Lymphedema Foundation. Together, we can live, laugh, and learn how to heal as we awaken our inner resilience and take authority over our own lives.

On today's Episode #9, Dr. Chuback and Dr. Iker welcomed CAM AYALA to the show.
In addition to being in the spotlight in 2019 as a contestant on ABC’s The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise. Cam decided to use this public notoriety to bring awareness to lymphedema and other lymphatic disorders, having been a primary lymphedema sufferer since 2001.
Cam was diagnosed with primary lymphedema that has affected his right leg. Despite several bouts of infection and over 17 surgical procedures, Cam continues to fight through the daily challenges that this disease presents even with his recent above-knee-amputation.
Cam continues to actively speak about lymphatic disorders and is now the Director of Development & Marketing for LE&RN (Lymphatic Education & Research Network).
