A monthly podcast showcasing mixes from various DJs old and new playing Tech House, Drum & Bass, House, Techno & all genres in between, featuring interviews, guest mixes and inane nonsensical ramblings from the revenant hosts clinging on to their fading youth.
This weeks episode is by Mix5ta here is his biography; Based out of Northampton, I grew up in Watford (UK) in the early 90's. I loved the clubbing scene and most weekends I would go out with my mates in London and the around the UK checking out the House clubs and tunes.
I always did a bit of Djing, however during lockdown got obsessed with house music and massively got back into it. Spending hundreds of hours learning and practicing.
I love Old Skool, Piano, Jackin' and funky Tech House. For me it has always been about the music!
I play gigs for THE HOUSE PARTY out of Kenilworth a few times a year, Play in Northampton and more recently The Tap and The Amersham Arms in London.
I've also organised two charity gigs in the last year and raised over £2500. Under my event name MIX5TA'S HOUSE VIBES.

DJ Tim Bee 🐝 🐝
Tim began his DJ career in Manchester nightclubs during the 90's, playing sold out nights and bringing a brand of melodic trance that had erupted in 98 when he was in Ibiza, Tim then progressed to playing huge student nights alongside the likes of Judge Jules, Dave Pearce and the late Stu Allen plus many more.
As Tim's reputation grew he was invited to cover a Saturday night slot at the mega club Lucid in the printworks and that led to him then becoming a resident for many years aswel as continuing to play on Fridays at the K2 Club at MMU.
In 2003 Tim hung up his headphones for a few years but when lockdown struck in 2020 Tim decided to broadcast his DJ sets over the Internet from his home studio.

Dj Manu hails from Madrid originally but has travelled far and wide! Here is his biography;
I'm Manu, originally from Madrid, Spain. But let me tell you, my musical journey has taken me far and wide. At a young age, I found myself in the vibrant streets of London, UK, and oh boy, did it ignite a fire within me.
Music has always been my passion. It all started in the late 90s when I stumbled upon breakbeat parties in the sunny South of Spain. One timeless track, in particular, changed my life forever. The Three'n one remix of "Café del Mar" opened my eyes to a whole new world of possibilities.
London was my stomping ground, where I fully immersed myself in the booming music scene. A bit about me......
Started DJing in 1989 on a pair of old Soundlab belt drives and a Realistic mixer in my bedroom
By 1990 had secured a local pub for weekly "Disco" nights, played a lot of venues around Stoke
doing just normal "dance around the handbag" nights
Continued doin that until about 1995 then decided i'd had enough, i basically found the Madchester and Britpop
scene a couple of years earlier so became engrossed in that.
Took a verrry long sabbatical of 10 years and decided i'd give it another shot playing Northern Soul & Motown nights
in and around Stoke with quite a bit of success and a little following. Northern Soul & Motown will always be where my heart is
Did that until 2012 when my day job became too busy and was unable to commit to gig bookings so again i went on a sabbatical.
In 2018 i thought i'd have another bash, got myself a little Pioneer controller and strted playing about in the kitchen
Got invited to play on Essential Clubbers and that was my first taste in radio
Started listening to Shane Hughes from Awesome 3 playing Breakbeat on a Friday night on this cool station Trax Radio UK
I started to fall im love with breaks and luckily Gav who ran the station was looking for new DJ's so i applied and got in!!
2 years later i am now the owner of Trax Radio UK and it is bigger than ever!
Started to go out mobile again in and around Stoke in early 2022 doing "Dance around ya handbag" nights and Northern Soul Nights, again with great success
Also arranging and promoting Trax Radio UK club nights.....its all VERY exciting and im loving having music a part of my life in a big way again :-)
Lee Ferguson makes a return with another beast of a mix, Lee is a resident Dj for Trax Radio UK and his show is live every Saturday night 7-8pm
Originally from the UK, Nikki grew up dancing in the clubs of the Midlands and London in the early 1990's when the house music scene was starting to peak.
Fast forward a few years and Nikki emigrated to Melbourne where she took up professional DJ lessons and started playing publicly and professionally around the city and the Bellarine Peninsula. Depending on the venue Nikki plays a subtle blend of Soulful, Funky, Jackin, Nu Disco, Techno and Classic House. Nikki loves a remix and a gospel vocal, mixing old anthems with new tracks.
Utilising her extensive knowledge of house music, Nikki has been a resident NYE DJ for one of her favourite speakeasy bars in Williamson, Peachy Keen for the last 3 years. She has played at numerous venues on Chapel street including Abacus, Smitten Kitten and Three Monkeys. Nikki recently curated an event at Ferdy Durke bar in the city which involved herself and 3 friends playing 8 hours of back-to-back house and disco beats.
If you are looking for an approachable, fun-loving Dj that knows how to read a crowd and can play house, disco and commercial music at your event, Nikki is your Dj to get the dance floor thumping.
Alternatively, if you If you are after something more laid back, Nikki currently plays a selection of chilled bar grooves at numerous wineries around the Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast.
This weeks mix is by Dj Alex One, hailing from Italy Alex started Djing in 1994 & has vast experience from playing and performing on radio this mix is all about the uplifting house music
This weeks mix is by Dj Spikehailing from Austria, he was interested in Electronic music from a young age and got his first set of turntables at the age of 15 he now owns his own recording studio and in 2020 he had one of his productions signed to a record label.
This mix is by another one of my Trax Radio UK Brothers Dj XSR, a top guy who can turn his hand to all styles and genres, his roots are in Old Skool and always lean toward breaks,

Definitive Junglists is a drum and bass duo of dj's Shock & Z-Tek out of the Washington DC Metro Area. Shock has been djing DnB for 25 years and Z-Tek for over 15 years. We have had the pleasure of playing some of the biggest parties in the DC area over the past two plus decades.
Not playing out as much these days but we continue to craft fresh DnB sets that you can listen to on our Soundcloud page or perhaps catch one of our sets on a streaming platform. In 2012, Grand Theft Bass was founded by 5 friends as a Drum&Bass concept in the Averbode region. After 2 editions in Den Hemel, Zichem, the books were closed.
From 2013 to 2018, I decided to continue Grand Theft Bass as a YouTube channel to promote homegrown Drum&Bass and Dubstep talent and offer an opportunity to make themselves known to the general public. During this period, Grand Theft Bass was picked up by Chase.be for writing the monthly Belgian Bass articles, hosting video streams (with the record of most viewed video stream of the year in 2014) and it was given the chance to host its own stage at Moulin Rock Festival.
After a rest period of 2 years and the idea of leaving everything behind, in 2020 I decided to follow my dream and passion for making music. Consequently, Grand Theft Bass was renamed my own solo DJ and producer project with passages on Rumble at Studio Brussel, Trix in Antwerp, Muziekodroom in Hasselt, DJ Studio,
