Many people are not convinced that there are best times of the day to eat meals in order to lose fat. They argue that the amount of calories burned versus the amount of calories consumed is the number one factor for losing weight.

However for menopausal women, who have a higher appetite and find themselves overeating due to fluctuating hormones and sugar cravings, a regulated eating window and a timed eating schedule could possibly make a significant difference in their fat loss journey.

In this episode, I discuss evidence-based studies that demonstrate the effects that late- night eating can have not only on your weight but on your overall health.

Take a listen to the tips I mention you should follow if you are interested in having massive results in your fat loss journey starting today!

How to schedule a regulated eating window: Episode 12

A regulated eating window can help you reach your fat loss goals quicker while improving your health by protecting you from chronic diseases including various cancers and cardiovascular diseases.

But despite quick fat loss results and health benefits, many fear that it may cause more damage than good by creating an unhealthy relationship with food.

A regulated eating window is not for everyone.

If you have a complicated relationship with food already or you have a medical condition, having an on and off eating cycle may not be ideal. Consulting first with your health practitioner is highly recommended.

For those who have the greenlight, a regulated window can be a game-changer!

Come take a listen while I discuss:

  1. What is F.I.T and what does it have to do with a regulated eating window.
  2. How does regulating your eating window help you to lose fat.
  3. What other benefits does a regulated eating window have for your health.
  4. Why is F.I.T. beneficial for a menopausal woman with a sweet tooth.
  5. How do you get started with introducing an eating window on your fat loss journey

I hope you enjoy!

Despite the BENEFITS of a low-sugar, high vegetable diet, many menopausal women struggle to make the switch to such a diet, because they are used to meals that are high in sugar, fat, and salt.

They may recognize that a low-sugar diet is more helpful for fat loss, but it may not be as easy for them to modify their diet by reducing the additives that they are used to or hooked on.

That is why many women consider sugar substitutes or artificial sweeteners as an alternative to sugar, so that they can continue to eat the foods they enjoy without increasing their calorie intake.

But the question is whether or not sugar substitutes are REALLY the answer. Is it possible to eat all the sweets you want without increasing your blood sugar or your calorie intake.

Also, how much do we really know about artificial sweeteners and the impact that they have on our health? These are the questions that I want to try to answer in this episode.

Please stay tuned for the 2nd part, where are discuss:
