This a Podcast that is dedicated to discussing real life issues, while discovering solutions that helps us all become our best versions yet. My mission is not to motivate you, however I'm here to help you motivate yourself!!
There will be seasons in your life where you will give gas (you will be that light) and you may be going through the toughest time yourself, you found a way to shine your light, and for that my friend, you will be rewarded. Also know that there will be seasons where you will have given (gas) and it still may not have been enough, rest in that as well. I have learned firsthand that life is always teaching us lessons, guiding us, and giving us a glimpse of our future and a strategy to get where we are going. This week's topic, give-em some gas!!!
Next time you find yourself waiting (pending) for that deposit (those things that you have believed for) make sure that your transactions are balanced and in order. Check for negative transactions. Yes, just like you check your bank account daily to ensure that you have not missed anything, do the same with your own personal account. Check to see if worry, or doubt has tried to post, if so, immediately dispute these transactions so that you can get your account in order. Protect your investment, by protecting your peace, and watch how you go from pending to posted in many areas of your life.

Live the life you've always dreamed of. Be fearless in the face of adversity. Never stop learning. Use your imagination whenever possible. Recognize the beauty that surrounds you. Remember where you came from, but never lose sight of where you are going.
And once the storm is over, you won't remember how you made it through nor how you managed to survive. You won't even be sure whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain:
When you come out of the storm you won't be the same person who walked in and that is what the storm is all about!!
Development takes place when we recognize that growth comes through having new life experiences. Although some people may feel stuck, after careful research many realize that their development has been arrested by the limitations of the environments that they have been exposed to. This week's episode focuses on recognizing when your development has been arrested, restructuring your thought process, and freeing ourselves so that our release can free others.
Some will push you forward, others will pull you back. Regardless of who's pushing or pulling, the strongest choose their own direction.
It takes a lot to push sometimes, defying the odds of what people would like you to be. We must sort through the passions that are poured into us from childhood to the influences that we establish throughout life. Your best version will require keen vision, effective connections, and the power to push!
What does it mean to be under construction?
What precautions must should be taken while under construction?
Who will you allow access to your construction site, while you are being re-constructed?
All of these are questions are significant when we decide to enter the construction zone. It is imperative that when we are being re-constructed that we keep all eyes on who has access to us during this time. It is important that we are building on a firm foundation and that we trust timing and the tools that have been invested in us while in the construction process.

Waiting has a way of bringing out the best and worst in people. Most of us have good intentions when waiting, however it's the patience part for most that makes them want to avoid the process altogether. The truth is waiting is inevitable, how we wait is our choice. Those things that are supposed to happen will happen at exactly the right time. So, stop trying to figure out everything and just wait!!!
