The B2B Marketing Excellence: A World Innovators Podcast will get you energized about new ways to implement an innovative marketing strategy that will help you enhance your brand and increase sales while building relationships.
During each episode, we will talk with industry leaders about what marketing trends are most important for today, what marketing channels they find to be most responsive, and what energizes them to think outside the box.
This podcast will strive to give you actionable information that you can immediately incorporate into your next marketing campaign.
Where should B2B leaders draw the line when using AI to create content?
In this episode of Grounding AI, Donna Peterson shares an ethical struggle she has been thinking about as AI makes it easier to generate entire podcasts, blogs, case studies, presentations, and other thought leadership.
Donna uses AI regularly. She trains companies on AI and believes it can be an extremely useful business tool. But there is an important distinction between using AI to organize and communicate your expertise and allowing AI to manufacture expertise that was never yours. For B2B companies with expensive products, complex services, and long sales cycles, that distinction matters. Buyers need to trust that the experience, opinions, case studies, and knowledge associated with your company are real.
Donna discusses how she uses AI for brainstorming, challenging her thinking, organizing ideas, and making her own knowledge easier to communicate without asking AI to do the thinking for her.
She also shares a simple question leaders can use when reviewing AI-assisted content:
Where did the thinking come from? Was it based on your company's actual experience? A real customer? Your research? A real project? Your team's expertise? Your own opinions?
AI should help your company communicate its expertise more effectively. It should not manufacture expertise your company does not have. If your team is using AI for B2B marketing, thought leadership, case studies, blogs, podcasts, or other business communications, this is an important conversation to have.

Many association leaders volunteer because they genuinely care about helping their industry grow.
The challenge is simple.
Most volunteer leaders already have demanding full-time jobs, leaving little time to create new programs, improve member engagement, and think strategically about growth.
In this episode of Grounding AI, Donna Peterson shares practical ways leaders can use artificial intelligence to help industry associations work smarter while building stronger member relationships.
You will learn how AI can help organizations:
• Review and repurpose existing content
• Improve outdated webinars, presentations, and educational materials
• Create stronger member surveys
• Generate better event ideas based on member interests
• Identify new audience segments for membership growth
• Build stronger engagement through more personalized experiences
The goal is not replacing human relationships.
The goal is helping volunteer leaders save time so they can focus on building stronger communities.
AI works best when it helps organizations think better, communicate better, and serve people better.
If you lead an association, nonprofit, membership organization, or volunteer leadership team, this episode will give you practical ideas you can apply immediately.

Most people jump into AI too quickly.
They open ChatGPT, type a question, and expect a perfect answer immediately. But when the response feels too broad or generic, they assume AI simply does not work for them or their industry.
In this episode of Grounding AI, Donna Peterson shares why better AI results actually begin before the prompt itself.
After presenting and moderating AI roundtables at the Women in Finishing Forum, Donna noticed a common pattern. Whether people were brand new to AI or using it every day, many were still unsure if they were using it effectively.
This episode walks through four important questions every leader and team member should ask before using AI tools:
Donna also explains:
If AI responses have ever felt too generic, this episode will help you rethink how you approach prompting and collaboration.
Action Step:
Before your next prompt, write this sentence first:
“I want to use AI to help me __ so I can __.”
Then continue asking questions until the response truly aligns with your goals.

How can you capture and nurture leads consistently if your team resists using a CRM?
Many leaders invest heavily in systems like HubSpot or Salesforce expecting consistency, visibility, and growth. But the reality is, not every strong relationship builder on your team wants to use those systems.
In this episode, Donna Peterson shares a practical, real-world workflow using ChatGPT to bridge that gap.
This is not about replacing your CRM. It’s about supporting your team in a way that feels natural to them, while still creating structure, consistency, and follow-through.
If you’ve ever walked away from a great trade show conversation and lost momentum after one email, this episode gives you a clear, repeatable system to fix that.

Why This Matters for Leaders:
This approach respects how people work while still driving accountability and growth.
Action You Can Take Today: After your next meeting or event, record a 30-second voice note summarizing the conversation and ask ChatGPT to draft a follow-up email. That one step alone will improve your consistency immediately.

Most companies are now tracking whether their teams are using AI tools. But there’s a more important question leaders should be asking.
Is AI actually helping your business grow?
In this episode of Grounding AI, Donna Peterson walks through the critical shift leaders need to make, from monitoring usage to driving results. Because activity alone doesn’t move a business forward. Direction does.

Donna introduces a practical 90-day framework that helps teams build confidence, stay aligned, and apply AI in ways that directly support business goals.
What You’ll Learn:
Days 1–30: Build Habit and Visibility
Days 31–60: Strengthen Consistency

The answer depends on how your team works.
In this episode of the B2B Marketing Excellence and AI Podcast, Donna walks through real scenarios discussed with business leaders and explains when each structure works best.

Main Question This Episode Answers: Are you using AI in a way that builds trust for your brand, or are you slowly eroding it through inconsistency and siloed use?
Episode Summary-
AI is everywhere. But simply using AI tools does not guarantee growth. In fact, without structure, AI can fragment your messaging, dilute your tone, and weaken trust.
In this episode, Donna Peterson shares what was happening inside World Innovators when team members were using AI independently, without alignment. Tone drift, duplicated efforts, and disconnected messaging began to surface.
She explains the three structural changes they implemented to strengthen alignment, protect brand integrity, and build sustainable trust in long sales cycle environments:
This episode is especially relevant for presidents, CEOs, marketing leaders, and sales leaders responsible for guiding teams through AI adoption while protecting brand consistency.
Key Topics Covered:
AI does not build trust. Alignment builds trust.
Growth comes from trust. Trust comes from consistency. Consistency comes from leadership structure.
If alignment is weak:
If alignment is strong:
Action Steps:
Why This Matters:
In long B2B sales cycles, every piece of communication builds on the previous one. If tone and messaging are inconsistent, trust weakens. When your team is aligned, AI becomes a trust-building accelerator rather than a risk.

In this episode of the B2B Marketing Excellence & AI Podcast, Donna Peterson discusses a growing leadership issue inside companies using AI.
Many teams are increasing speed. Fewer are defining direction.
AI accelerates output, but without documented guardrails, it can quietly amplify misalignment across departments. When messaging, tone, and strategy drift, trust weakens, especially in long sales cycle B2B environments.
Using a practical analogy from Olympic Super-G skiing, Donna explains why leaders must define the boundaries that keep teams aligned and moving efficiently toward the same goal.

As the year moves into its second month, many business leaders are already feeling the pressure to move faster, generate more leads, and push harder for revenue. In this episode, Donna Peterson challenges that thinking with a simple but powerful idea.
What if slowing down is actually a revenue decision?
Donna introduces a two-month challenge that helped World Innovators increase revenue while reducing workload. Instead of chasing volume, the focus shifts to building trust with just five highly qualified people through consistent, value-based outreach.
This episode breaks down why fewer, better relationships outperform large lead lists and how redefining success around engagement can reduce stress while creating real momentum in long sales cycles.
The One Question This Episode Answers: How can B2B companies increase revenue without generating more leads?
Key Topics Covered:
The 5-Person Challenge Explained:
Donna outlines a simple challenge for business leaders: Identify five highly qualified people in your target audience and focus on getting them to take one meaningful action. That action could be a reply, a download, a click, a comment, or a conversation. No selling. No pressure. Just relationship-building.
The Three Shifts Required:
Why This Matters for Long Sales Cycles: For companies with complex, high-value offers, trust is the real currency. This approach reduces noise, creates clarity, and builds momentum through meaningful connections instead of constant outreach.

How can industrial leaders use auctions strategically to support long sales cycles and build long-term trust?
In this episode of the B2B Marketing Excellence & AI Podcast, host Donna Peterson sits down with Jason Levy, President of The Levy Group, to explore how industrial equipment auctions can become a strategic business tool rather than a last-minute decision.

Together, Donna and Jason discuss why early planning, accurate valuation, and relationship building are essential for manufacturers, plant managers, and operations leaders looking to reallocate capital, upgrade technology, or reduce risk.

Why B2B Marketers Hesitate to Choose an AI Tool and How to Move Forward with Confidence
In this episode, Donna Peterson talks about the real fears many B2B marketers face when thinking about using AI tools and large language models. She explains why choosing an AI tool can feel overwhelming and why many industrial brands, executive education programs, and companies with long sales cycles hesitate to get started.
Donna highlights three concerns she hears most often:
• Not knowing which large language model to choose
• Worrying that AI will harm personal relationships
• Feeling unsure about learning what seems like a new technology
She explains that tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot all work in similar ways, and the key is understanding how to guide them. Donna reinforces that AI should not replace personal connection. Instead, it should give marketers more time to build trust by handling routine tasks in the background.
Listeners will learn how large language models respond to clear direction, why “garbage in, garbage out” still applies, and how to start using AI safely without risking their brand voice. Donna also discusses the increasing interest in AI agents and why companies need to understand LLMs before creating customized agents for different departments.
The episode includes simple steps B2B teams can take to start using AI immediately, along with practical guidance for industrial marketers who want to use AI without losing the human touch that builds long-term relationships.
These insights support marketers looking for clarity on how to start with AI, how to protect their brand voice, and how to use AI tools responsibly in B2B marketing.

Many legacy industrial brands assume that steady sales today mean they will stay strong tomorrow. In this episode, we talk about why that belief can create blind spots for companies with long histories, loyal customers, and strong reputations.
Donna welcomes Ken Spaeth from Cutting Tool Engineering Magazine (CTE) to explore how industrial brands can protect their visibility and maintain trust in a market that is always changing. Ken works directly with manufacturers every day, and he shares what he sees separating brands that stay top of mind from those that slowly fade out of view.
Together, Donna and Ken discuss why marketing is not an expense. It is a relationship-building investment that keeps your company present in your industry, especially with new engineers and younger buyers entering the workforce. They also talk about the value of consistent messaging, how industry-specific publications support thought leadership, and how print, digital, and AI can all work together.

How Can B2B Marketers and Sales Teams Strengthen Results by Slowing Down Their Content Strategy?
In this episode of B2B Marketing Excellence & AI, Donna Peterson shares an honest reflection on her lifelong tendency to rush, whether lifting weights or creating marketing campaigns, and what it taught her about strength, patience, and long-term results.
Donna explains how slowing down helped her focus on what truly matters and how that same mindset applies to B2B marketing and sales alignment. When teams take time to understand their audience, measure what is working, and give each message more meaning, they build stronger relationships and measurable results. It is not about doing more; it is about doing what matters well.
Through this episode, listeners will discover how slowing down their B2B marketing strategy can lead to greater clarity, trust, and long-term sales success. Donna encourages marketers and sales professionals to pause, reflect, and give each message the attention it deserves, because meaningful connections take time to build.
Key Takeaways:
Donna also highlights how AI tools can support this process by analyzing engagement patterns and helping teams spend more time building authentic connections. Using AI in B2B marketing strategy allows marketers to stay thoughtful and intentional without losing the human element.
This episode will inspire B2B marketers and sales teams to slow down, focus on quality over quantity, and strengthen results through genuine, relationship-based marketing.

Real Ways I Used ChatGPT to Save Time & Stay Sharp-
On my morning walk this week, I looked up the hill and stopped in my tracks — there was a bear. No warning, just a moment that forced me to change direction. And that’s exactly what business can feel like today. Things shift quickly, and we need to be ready to pivot.
That moment reminded me just how valuable a tool like ChatGPT can be — not for flashy gimmicks, but for real, day-to-day support. In this episode, I share exactly how I used ChatGPT over the past week to stay sharp, save time, and better support clients.
You’ll hear how I used ChatGPT to:
• Research prospects and uncover insights that led to more personalized outreach
• Compare LMS platforms to guide a client’s decision
• Refine an article for an industry publication to sound more helpful, not salesy
• Align branding visuals and promotions for a consistent message
• Explore topics like stem cell therapy to stay informed and sharp

Episode Title: GPTs Replaced Endless File Searching
Show Notes:
In this episode of the B2B Marketing Excellence & AI Podcast, I talk about a common frustration — when your computer crashes and you're forced to transfer everything. That happened to me recently, and instead of just moving over cluttered files, I decided to create a better system.
I used this opportunity to build personalized GPTs (Generative Pretrained Transformers) inside ChatGPT to help me organize information so I could stop digging through folders, spreadsheets, and emails. Now, instead of asking “Where did I save that?” — I just ask my GPT.
These GPTs have become my go-to system for locating key client information, marketing materials, podcast outlines, and internal resources — all in seconds.
If you’re overwhelmed by digital disorganization or tired of repeating the same searches, this episode will show you how to use AI to create a centralized, accessible, and reliable system for storing and retrieving information.
You’ll learn:
At World Innovators, we’re all about helping B2B brands and Executives find smarter ways to reach the right audience — and that starts with staying organized internally. GPTs are one tool that’s helping us (and our clients) reduce clutter and increase clarity.

How AI and Outside Perspectives Help Industrial Brands Stand-Out
Are your marketing and sales messages starting to sound the same? You’re not alone. Many industrial companies fall into a pattern of repeating the same messaging—focused more on product features than on what their audience actually needs.
In this episode of the B2B Marketing Excellence and AI Podcast, I talk about how you can step back, reassess, and use tools like ChatGPT to bring fresh perspective into your messaging. When you take the time to understand your audience’s challenges and reframe your approach around the value you provide, you build stronger relationships—and that’s what marketing is really about.
I also discuss the importance of getting outside perspective, whether from AI tools or strategic partners, to help you see blind spots and realign your sales and marketing efforts for better results.
This episode is packed with practical tips and next steps you can use right away to communicate more effectively and build trust with your audience.
What You’ll Learn:
If you’re ready to refresh your marketing and build stronger connections with your audience, I hope you’ll take a few minutes to listen. Helping companies succeed is what I care about most, and I want to make sure you’re equipped with the tools and perspective you need to move forward with confidence.

Podcasts not only show the personal side of a business but build relationships with the guests and the listeners.

In the episode, we will hear from Ken Spaeth, the CFO at Cutting Tool Engineering magazine, on why it is crucial NOT to cut your marketing and advertising to save costs. This is very interesting because, as we all know, CFOs are usually very interested in reducing expenses to make a more attractive bottom line.
Instead of cutting your budgets, look for channels that can give you the reporting and analysis you need to ensure that your marketing dollars give you the best ROI.
Like most CFOs, Ken talked about leads and the importance of getting good leads, but Donna had to push him on his views about brand awareness. Ken swallowed deeply and then jumped in to confirm that branding is essential to complement all their marketing efforts.
We spoke about the importance of showing the prospects that it is the right place for them because it offers the value they need to grow as a company. We covered the importance of web reporting showing traffic, engagement, and performance metrics which can help advertisers make the right decision for their advertising budgets.
Cutting Tool Engineering is seeing an increase in social media engagement, so the conversation went into videos and how to leverage their content.
Marketing is constantly evolving, and as a reputable brand, you have to talk directly to your prospects with content they find valuable.

Pharmaceutical Project Warp Speed, launched by the U.S. government in 2020, aimed to accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics. One of the most significant changes that the industry has seen as a result of Warp Speed is the increased focus on building up domestic manufacturing capabilities. This has led to an all-time high demand for pharmaceutical machinery, as manufacturers hold onto older equipment longer and look for used machinery as a first option.
In this episode, Adam Covitt, Federal Equipment Company, tells us what to look for when considering purchasing used equipment to fill the demand for pharmaceutical equipment.
Here are a few key factors to consider:
By considering these factors, you can make a more informed decision when purchasing used equipment for your pharmaceutical operations and ensure that the equipment you are buying will meet your needs and requirements.

One of the biggest challenges in B2B companies today is dealing with the disconnect between the decisions of upper-level management and the realities of those doing the work.
My guest today will tell us how he closed that gap between his C-Suite and his marketing and sales teams.
Ken Spaeth, the CFO at Cutting Tool Engineering magazine, stepped out of his office and joined his teams in the field. He wanted to get hands-on experience and learn who their clients were and how his team could help.
His big takeaway? Everyone, from the CEO to the receptionist, MUST be on the same page.
1) Everyone must know and embrace the company's mission
2) Everyone needs to be aware of the company's goals and understand why they are important
3) Everyone, from C-level to sales and marketing, must work as a unified team
Do all three steps, and watch the magic happen. Each individual in the company will be on the same straight path to reach the goals that will fulfill the company’s mission.
We also spoke about:
1) How do you attract new subscribers and keep them interested year after year?
2) What are the biggest challenges for your readers?
3) What marketing channels respond the best?
4) Industrial brands are usually run by an older demographic and say that podcasting and social media are inappropriate channels for them. Do you agree with that statement?
If you have any questions about Cutting Tools Engineering, please contact: Ken Spaeth at kspaeth@ctemedia.com
If you would like to discuss the best marketing strategy for you to achieve your goals quickly, please feel free to contact me, Donna Peterson, at dpeterson@worldinnovators.

Today I spoke with influencer marketing expert Niklas Hartmann, Managing Director of Reachon, who will point us in the right direction.
For years, Niklas has helped companies grow by using influencer marketing. This type of marketing allows prospects to hear from an independent third party what they think about an offering.

True or False? When it comes to marketing, industrial brands only need to describe their products or service. They don’t have to think about building relationships.
In this episode of the B2B Marketing Excellence Podcast, I spoke with Zahra Awan, Editor of Furnaces International and Aluminium International Today. She will tell us why building relationships is vital to the growth of industrial brands.
Zahra spoke about why people have to think about relationships differently. Then she gave us three ways industrial brands can use relationship building to increase customer loyalty.
These are the topics we discussed -
1) Why do you think everyone is now talking about relationship building?
2) How can relationship building make an industrial brand stand out?
3) Does a specific niche publication like Furnaces International have to work on brand awareness?

In the news, we have all heard companies talk about supply chain issues, the long lag time to get equipment into their facilities, and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) initiatives.
Industrial auctions can help manufacturing companies with these issues, allowing them to plan for future growth.
I have been helping industrial auction companies with their marketing for over 20 years, but I can always learn something new. To be a great marketer, you must dive into the specific industry to learn and understand as much as possible.
During this episode of the B2B Marketing Excellence Podcast, I interviewed John Magnuson, President of Integra Asset Solutions.
Listen in to learn:
I do these interviews to show you how to begin researching your specific customer space, allowing you to do quality specialized marketing campaigns that increase your ROI.

Which category are you in?
A) You are so worried about your data that you are paralyzed and don't do anything.
or
B) You feel you are invincible and have nothing to worry about.
Both scenarios are bad for brands that want to grow into the future.
Today, I spoke with Pauline Murphy from 1 Stop Data. We spoke about the importance of having and using only clean, compliant data. This push must come from the board level. Therefore, train and assign specific team members in data protection and security (GDPR, PECR).
Start with an Information audit:
Then do a Data Protection Impact Assessment, which is very important to manage your company's data protection risk. If you do not do an assessment, you will find yourself all over the place.
Key Elements to consider:
Ensuring everyone in the data chain is compliant
Analyzing your in-house data is a great way to pinpoint your ideal customers, so you must ensure the information you review is current, updated, and compliant.

I believe that relationship building is the new marketing. Brands must build a relationship that instills trust so that a prospect will become a lead.
Once you have a quality lead it is time for sales to continue building the relationship. You will not deepen a relationship by sending out general sales messages that are more concerned about quantity over quality.
In this episode, I had the opportunity to talk with Dan Englander, CEO & Founder of Sales Schema.
During our conversation we discussed:
1) Why do salespeople need to rethink what they are doing in order to stand out from the noise?
2) How do you find the right balance between personalization and scale in sales?
3) What is the best strategy for going outside of referrals and personal networks to find new business?
And then at the end, we heard exciting news about a NEW book Dan has coming out: Relationship Sales at Scale.
Can’t wait? Lucky for you here is a sneak peek - https://www.salesschema.com/a-sneak-peek-at-relationship-sales-at-scale-the-book/
I cannot stress it enough - brands must STOP drowning their prospects with broad general marketing and sales messages.

Today, I had the pleasure of talking with Eric Weiler, President of New Mill Capital. Eric was able to shed light on the industrial auction process and how food and beverage companies can take advantage of the benefits. Here are the topics we discussed:
1) Why should companies consider used equipment vs new
2) What does the current supply chain look like and how has that affected the used marketplace
3) What should people expect when buying at auction
4) When should companies sell their used equipment
5) Why did you decide to specialize in the food and beverage industry
Right now, is the perfect time to utilize the auction setting to buy equipment, get into your facility quickly and at a discount.
Also, if you have surplus assets, you should sell them now so you can get top dollar and create an additional revenue stream for your company.
All food and beverage manufacturers should be looking into auctions.

In this episode, Donna Peterson interviewed Janet Granger, founder of Marketing Career Mentor & author of OK Boomer.
We discussed why people buy. Did you know there is a proven connection between emotion, neuroscience, and B2B buying? While many insist they make choices only on facts and data, final decisions are always emotionally based.
We also spoke about how relationship building should be the main objective for all B2B brands. In order to do that, your marketing teams need to have a clear strategy. To make sure you are working in the right direction, everyone in the company must know the company’s Mission Statement, and make sure their strategies are aligned. This gives you the guardrails to stay on the right course to reach your target audience and obtain your goals.
We also covered:
1) Do businesses buy based on emotion or just consumers?
2) What do you see as the biggest marketing challenges in both the B2C and B2B companies?
3) How the Marketing Career Mentor platform creates a collaborative environment where individuals in marketing can share ideas, tactics, and trends.
4) The biggest marketing trends in 2022
Gone are the day of sending out broad marketing promotions that promote your product. To stay ahead of your competition, you have to be thinking about your target audience and how the product benefits them. Then make sure your promotion is delivered in a way they will resonate with.

"Only 15% of employees actually know their organizations most import goals - either they have too many, they do not have any, or the goals keep changing." FranklinCovey
Imagine the difference you could make in your company if you implemented just one of the strategies we talked about in the previous podcast.
One of the biggest challenges companies have is execution. So many companies have great ideas, strategies, and goals - but then are unable to get them properly implemented.
In this episode, I talked about some steps to take to make sure you execute the strategy needed to reach your one VITAL GOAL.
In order to Execute, you must know -
1) One Vital Goal that will move your business to the next level.
2) Why that goal is so important for your company.
3) What role each individual plays in achieving the goal.
4) Does your entire team understand and agree why the goal is so important.
5) Scorecard/Scoreboard to keep track of the progress.
6) Regular meetings to discuss the progress.
I know we are all busy with our day-to-day work, but if you do not set and execute new goals your company will never get to the next level.
I hope this episode gives you some ideas on how you can start Executing your goals.

Since the pandemic started, several brands have had to pivot on how they do business. Today, I spoke with Stephanie Gordon, the Market Outreach and Projects Manager of Harvard Law School Executive Education (HLSEE) on how they had to switch direction from in-person classes to virtual.
Learn how they got creative to ensure the experience offered the same value, and how quality brands like HLSEE use quality sources to educate and promote their programs.
I also asked her:
Last week I was doing research in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology space and came across these two statistics that blew me out of the water:
1) Global Market Insights reports that the global biotechnology market size is projected to surpass USD $775 billion by 2025.
2) Global Newswire reports that the global pharmaceutical manufacturing market is to grow from USD $357 billion to $1173 billion by 2030.
This expected growth will increase the demand for various biotechnology & pharmaceutical manufacturing products. Companies working in this Bio/Pharm space have to find quality Direct Marketing options that can reach their target audience by Title, Industry, Interest, Technologies Used, etc…
This is why I asked my guest Amy Miller to come back on The World Innovators Podcast to specifically talk about the Bio/Pharma area. Here are some of the topics we discussed:
Today I spoke with Tina Silver, a digital & social media consultant.
I had the great opportunity of getting specific details on how Tina helps reinforce the brands of her clients, such as the Le Mas Candille & Spa Candille a (5-star hotel with Michelin star restaurant based out of Mougins, France) and the Beckwith Health Club in the UK.
With her inbound marketing initiatives, Tina skillfully builds relationships with targeted leads, encouraging them on each step of the way to becoming customers. When Le Mas Candille temporarily closed due to the pandemic, she had to think of creative ways to keep the brand top of mind so that when things opened up again, people would be ready to start booking reservations. One of these ways has been the use of personalized videos.
In our conversation, we discussed:
Today I was delighted to be talking with Sue Bromwich who has been working in marketing for over 20 years.
A self-described data junky, her passion for analytically based marketing ignited some years ago in the multi-faceted auctioneering sector – a sector she worked in for over a decade – when she led her first marketing team, directing the online promotion, buyer research, and strategic selling of assets in the early ’00s. Her creativity, ingenuity, and application of data-driven marketing achieved significant results in only a short time, affirming her confidence in the method and prompting Susan to establish her own business based on the very same principles: a marketing consultancy that today counts an extensive client portfolio spanning several business verticals.

Today I was very lucky to talk with Cindy Cardinal, owner of CC Communications and an international marketing pioneer. Cindy and I met back in the 90's when there were only a handful of companies doing International B2B Marketing.

I have had so many great conversations with marketing executives, industry-specific publishers, and other business owners, I thought it was time to share the knowledge.
I have three general questions I will ask each interviewee, so I thought the best way to start was to interview myself.
