The JenUp podcast is based around the kind of questions I get asked all the time by my TikTok community, about eating disorders and disordered eating. I include short practical tips about nutrition, how to support your eating disorder recovery, along with some myth busting around exercise and nutrition! Occasionally I have special guests on sharing their own personal experience with an eating disorder, and various experts in the field of eating disorders.
