Welcome back! We are going over a quick walkthrough of an absolutely amazing hunting property. It has a luxury hunting shack, 124 acres of hardwood covered hills, manicured trails, and private ponds!
I set out to sell a premier hunting property this year. And this is the property that fits the bill. I have worked hard to bring excellent buyers and sellers together and the stars aligned for this beautiful property.
We walked through with the buyers and sellers to transfer keys, check out the cleaned out hunting shack, and locate all the survey stakes and boundary markers.
