We live in a society where we tend to seek audience who can just listen to us, share in our pain and feel us even if they don't have solution or answers to our problems or challenges. Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip toe if you must, but take the step.
Never be afraid to take that step if that's what gives you joy, never say no when you can stand up right and get that one thing done. There may be hurdles, struggles and troubles; but take that step.
