This week Dermott's guest is Dr Ben Robbins - Head of Mental Health and Wellbeing at the St Kilda Football Club.
Ben is a former AFL player with the Bears, Brisbane Lions and the Kangaroos and has plenty of on field experience to draw on in his work with St Kilda. Ben has a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and his doctorate investigated the psychological wellbeing of professional athletes.
