The Name of this Podcast May Change: Recent Episodes

Íse Murphy-Morris

As suggested by the title, Íse has a habit of continually changing creations she becomes dissatisfied with. This used to annoy her as she thought there was something wrong with her and she would never make anything of her life. That was until she realised that maybe this is who she is, and her own path of creation was full of messy mistakes. Instead of judging it, she recognised it as her own art in the making. Life is perfectly imperfect and if we can go with the flow, we may just have some fun.

A vulnerable episode where Íse shares what is truly important to her, and losing interest in playing the corporate game. How we are pulling back on a masculine world and nourishing more femininity and how that shows up as spaciousness, waiting and rest. She introduces her study of Human Design (she is a 5/1 Projector) and how it has helped her detach from the storylines of her mind and instead become an observer rather than an actor.

The name of the podcast has changed! from “The Name of this Podcast May Change” to “Surrendering” as that is exactly what she is learning the art of in order to love the life she is living.

Have you ever wondered what is driving you to achieve what you think you want to achieve? I call it the Book of Life that Doesn’t Exist. The aggressiveness that pushes us to get married, have kids, buy a house, get a career. What do we really want to create? And how can we allow it to surface?--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/podcast-may-change/message

Welcome to my first ever episode! I introduce myself, ramble for a bit, run out of battery on my microphone, lose half of the episode, get interrupted by the dog and do my best to stay on track. I talk about one of my biggest life lessons, culminating in my Jesus year, and give an example of my own resurrection (a word which you’ll notice I managed to forget). A solo chat about how I’ve been stepping into my self authority, taking my power back and how that somehow relates to the spine. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/podcast-may-change/message
