Welcome to A Little Motivated, a podcast about finding momentum in small wins to propel you forward through difficult or busy times in life when you still have goals that you would like to achieve. Hosts are long time friends Kaycee McIntosh, and Tara Maurice. Kaycee is a PA who spent ten years in Urgent Care Medicine and now works in Women's Health, she is raising her three kids in Montana. Tara is a Registered Dietitian who lives in Ohio, raising her three children. Kaycee and Tara were already connecting over the phone because they are close friends in need of connection and support as they juggle working, rearing kiddos and wanting bigger things in their lives. The podcast is a way to extend the ideas to people in similar walks of life who might relate and gain some small insights on how to find sunshine when things seem like a constant uphill battle.
