The Women Found Faithful Network
Fellow Sheep Fellowship is an ongoing Chronological Ladies Bible Study that takes place in the Women Found Faithful Network. The Podcast is hosted by Danielle & Julianna and features our own learning as well as featured thoughts and insight from our community members. We're not teachers, preachers, experts or leaders. We are just fellow sheep, feeding on the Word of God and sharing our daily bread with one another.
- Today we are going to be talking about shepherds, circumcision, Jesus' presentation at the temple, the order of the magi, political instability and mass murder. We will also see Mary and Joseph settling down in Nazareth, followed by that time they left on their journey and forgot to pack along their child. And we'll wrap it up by diving into the absolutely cutting sermon, given by John the Baptist.
- There's a lot of meat in this week's reading portion! Both Julianna and I separately found ourselves going down some rabbit trails and absolutely FILLING up our pages with notes.

Whooo, your girls sure can talk! So our first attempt at recording our podcast discussion turned out to be 3 hours long. After a long series of technology meltdowns, we managed to edit it down to just under two hours of audio. The video part is completely lost... (#RIPVideoPart) but we managed to save the audio!
So... We are going to need to figure out a plan to both reign ourselves in AND acquire some equipment that can process and handle our big juicy podcast files. Please pray for us!
Ready to dive in to our first discussion? Today we're covering the introduction to the gospels. We will dig in and find a whole lot of unexpected treasure in the genealogies of Jesus, including mysterious omissions, wild goose chases and a surprise twist that the enemy didn't see coming.
We will also take a look at two birth announcements heralded by angels and the births that over-rid biology.
We will see both Mary and Zacharias release their first musical singles and we will discuss why we think Joseph deserves a medal of honour for taking the high road.

As mentioned in the previous episode, we are going to be starting our Chronological Bible Study Journey in the New Testament, so that we can make a detailed list of topics and themes that we want to keep our eyes open for once we dig into the Old Testament. By the time we come around to the New Testament a second time, we should have a much fuller and deeper understanding!
Check out this episode for a reading of our first scripture portion and enjoy hearing Danielle attempt to pronounce Bible names when tackling the genealogies. (Julianna claims that this recording is THE "most engaging and enjoyable" reading of the genealogies that she has ever heard, but she just got back from her honeymoon so the world is all rose-coloured and fabulous and we're not entirely sure her opinion can be trusted... so... YOU make the judgement call on that!)
