Bananabread recipe - I totally love this one!
Living in my early 30s I enjoy the little things, slowing down and really living in the present moment. I am giving myself love, the feeling of being worth it, and self-value. Cause why would I depend on somebody else for this? How do I do it you ask? With the concept of romanticizing my life.
I take small daily things, embrace them and make them make me feel special. So I share with you a couple of things I am doing on a daily or weekly basis to make me feel like I am the one for myself. From celebrating the process of making a cup of coffee, using cute glasses, buying myself flowers (like Miley Cyrus suggested), or dressing up just cause.
So if you are looking for new ways on giving yourself love, worth, and value or just some inspiration to romanticize your life even further, you are in the right place. Have fun on today's coffee date.
Also, say hi on Instagram at @thestefaniekeller for regular updates on how I romanticize my life.
Book recommendation: 101 essays that are going to Change the way you think by Brianna Wiest
A better you podcast by Fernanda Ramirez
Today´s episode is in impulse inspired by the book "101 essays that will change your life" by Brianna Wiest. Have you ever caught yourself saying "Once I have achieved that I will be happy". I include myself when I say that we make our happiness dependent on future achievements, things we will be able to purchase, experience, or whatsoever. With that, we subconsciously tell ourselves that we are unhappy right now. What we should do instead is to embrace and realize that our future happiness is not in the way of our current one. The opposite is the case. You can already be happy right now - I bet there are so many things you can be happy about in your life - and still be excited for the future things that happen and that might enrichen your life. Because first of all, we don´t know if these things we want truly will bring us joy, and second, why would you waste days, weeks, or years hunting for something that might make you happy, when your life already rocks?!
So lean back and enjoy this little impulse and re-learn that how happy you feel right now has nothing to do with your future but the present moment.
Also, I´d love for you to connect on Instagram, so say hi on @thestefaniekeller for extra content, impulses, and more fun stuff to come.

Have you ever felt stuck and did not know how to get out of it simply because the freedom of choice is daunting? Sounds weird? Well...the thing is: When we have too many options and do not know in what direction we want to go the freedom of choice can be intimidating. There are limitless options - but which one should you choose? Let me tell you how I not only unstuck myself but managed to set the right direction AND goals for myself and now am making them happen day by day! My process is simple:
So let´s have a coffee together and talk about how to get back your clarity, and direction and create a life that you love. Also, feel free to say hi on Instagram at @thestefaniekeller for the teaser, snippets of my podcast, videos, and more.
Fake it till you make it! But how? I always wondered how that works, yet I am living proof that this concept does the magic. I got to where I wanted to be simply by "faking" it. Not from a work perspective but rather from a mindset perspective. So today I talk about how to fake it from a "doing it" perspective and why it is less about working towards something and more about the mindset shift. I will also give you some examples of my personal life when this concept totally did its job and some rephrasing in case you are intimidated by the word "fake" just like it was. In that case - be the person you want to become. Here is your guide on how to successfully fake it till you really make it.

Have you ever been on vacation, alone? If not, you definitely should. A year ago I went on my first-ever vacation all by myself. I had been abroad multiple times before (work, uni, internships) but never just for fun. Do you think the learnings are the same? Nope, they are different in many ways. Things I learned in only 4 days:
Rely on me
Understand that I can handle everything
Enjoy my own company
Learn to treat me
Make decisions
Get comfortable outside your comfort zone
Enjoy the small things
Was it scary, uncomfortable, and even weird? Yes. Was it worth it? Every second. So if you are planning your upcoming holidays, this episode is for you. I share with you what I learned, what happened to me on my trip, and how I handled it (hotel room cancellation, people freaking out in a bakery and feeling and being lost), and why I still will go on vacations all by myself.

Moving into a new city all by yourself in your 30s is challenging. Period! I speak from experience since I just moved to a new city 5 months ago. Going through so many new situations, challenges and tough times has taught me one thing - I am capable of doing so much more. What helped me was connecting with other people and sharing experiences on moving. So today, I will do so and share with you what I have been going through, what was especially hard, weird, and funny, and how I dealt with it:
Everything is new - and that overwhelms me!
How to settle in when everything feels weird?
Dealing with rising living expenses
Loneliness
Being homesick - even in my 30s
Making new friends - actually not too easy
Being overwhelmed by too many people
New doctors, new physiotherapists
Not feeling myself
Being pushed outside my comfort zone - a lot.
This is a very honest episode on how I felt, how I managed to push through, and what I did to keep going. So if you are about to move, in the moving process, or in the phase of settling in. This episode is for you.

Welcome to part 2 of "Things I learned in my early 30s (and kinda late 20s)". Today we´ll continue the series with another 7 things I learned and experienced so far. In case you have missed part 1, I highly recommend you listen to that episode first. Now today I am gonna share with you the following lessons:
Don´t aim for a perfect life but for the true feeling of happiness
The need to re-socialize
Family can drive you nuts but they are your base
We should be more like kids
Re-evaluate what you always wanted
You need to try it to know if you like it
Find your passion at any age and remember grandma Moses
I am looking forward to sharing this with you but of course, these are only some of my learnings based on my experiences. I hope you have some takeaways, learnings, or just a good time with me sharing these stories. So if you like it, I´d be so grateful if you leave a review for this podcast. And in case you wanna say hi, let´s connect on Instagram at @thestefaniekeller. :-)
Although I am still right in the middle of being in my early 30s, I have already learned so much. The situations, problems, challenges and experiences I have made so far are a great lesson and a good lerning for me. And I do belive that we all go through similar things sometimes, eventhough we are different. So sharing these learning is, at least in my opinion, a great way of learning from eachother. I am always so thankful if people are that honest with what they are going through, sharing ups and downs, that today I am doing that, too.
I am sharing 9 learnings with you (part 1):
If you don´t ask you don´t get it
People who are suppose to stay in your life will stay in your life
Do your thing at your own pace
Listen to your intuition
Never apologize for how you feel
Create boundries - especially at work
Online vs Offline dating (that is a first on this podcast XD)
Watch your money - the Starbuck example
Get your head clear
If you liked this episode, I´d be thankful if you leave me a review. :-) So thaaaaank you in advanced. And by the way, the episode I am refering to in this episode is called "Deep Talk - Oversensitive, overemotional, or just a normal state of mind".

Happy new year everyone! I am gonna start the new year with a new episode in which I will tell you one of my main focuses for 2023. This actually was not intended but I came across the 1% method by James Clear and although I have not finished the book, yet, it already taught me something very important: The difference between being just busy and actually in the act of doing and being productive. Do you know the difference? If so, do you live by it? Or do you know it but not follow it? Either way, it is a crucial aspect for me to become successful, and intentional, and achieve what I want to achieve. So today, I will share with you what I learned and how this little concept and my reflection on 2022 have led to me making this concept a focus of mine for the new year.
I´d love to connect, so say hi on

James Clear - The 1% method
For the last episode of 2022, I want to give you a little advice on when it comes to motivation and unmotivation. Did you know that your life is not just one life but rather consists of different areas which are all connected to each other? And did you know that being unhappy or unmotivated in one area of your life can negatively impact all the others, even if you are happy in 9 out of 10 areas? Yep, that was interesting for me to learn as well. So today I am explaining to you what different areas of your life are, how they are connected to each other and what to do if one area (or even more) suck and how to get out of this negative vibe. With this little trick, you can turn your negativity into positivity and find solutions to be happy in all areas of your life.
Do you want to make 2023 your year? Great! But in the past years, you had this resolution too, and it did not really work out? Well, then this 3 step process is going to help you to make it this year. I share some tough love with you. Did you know that there is a fundamental difference between a wish and a goal and that only one of them will make you get what you want? Did you know that there is an easy way to make overwhelming goals less intimidating? Today I will not romanticize this hype of making next year your year but will share my true tips with you on how to make it.
Today I want to share a small impulse with you. We are halfway through the Christmas season, a season of love, family, peace, and thinking of others, giving back. But too often, donating or giving back is connected to money while the only thing you need is to think outside the box. So today I want to inspire and remind you that giving back and doing good for others is less connected to money and more connected to the true will to help. Because you already have what it takes to help others. And that not only makes someone else happy but enrichens your life and makes you aware of what you already have. So take yourself a moment of Christmas spirit and joy and listen to this little impulse session.
Have you ever done a vision board but it did not achieve anything you had put on it? Are you thinking of creating a vision board but wondering how a pretty-looking board is supposed to help you make your dreams come true? Then stay with me. I am not only gonna tell you how a vision board is going to help you make your dream life become reality but am also sharing Do´s and Dont´s (including things that I have done in the past) that make a difference. This episode is not about DIYing anything but rather about how to use the vision board as a powerful tool to make the next year awesome for you!
Today we are having a little deep talk! How often have you told yourself or have been told by someone that you are: Too oversensitive, too overemotional, taking it too close to yourself, overanalyzing too much, or simply that you and your emotions and feelings are too much? I have experienced both. And today I will share with you what I learned: You should never apologize for your feelings, nor should you feel bad or shy about them. And never ever should you allow someone to judge you on something that person might think of you. Because mostly they are wrong. Is that easier to say than to put into action - yup, it probably is. So today, we talk about why your emotions and feelings are just right, and how you can use them as guidance, and I will also share two very simple but extremely effective exercises for when you need to calm your inner emotional roller coaster down.
Having a problem? Make it someone else´s problem! Yes, you heard right, get rid of your problem. But only for a moment and only to get a new point of view on it. When facing a challenge, difficult situation, or problem we sometimes tend to overthink it, overanalyze it, create the worst case scenario of the worst case scenario, and have spinning thoughts that don´t come to an end. Well, because we are emotionally involved in our problem. Now I have come up with a simple exercise on how to get rid of your problem - only for a moment - to get your head clear, your thoughts realistic and to get you a new point of view on it. I call it "What would Anna do?". #coffeeandagoodlife

I wanna sit in the driver´s seat of my life. But sometimes, I feel like I am only sitting in the back seat and someone else is driving. And I don´t even like where we are going.
With this (funny) illustration I want to say that sometimes, things happen in our life that we don´t like. We feel like we have to endure it, can´t do anything against it, and feel powerless. But lately, I was reminded, that only with the way that we respond to things that happen to us (and that we sometimes cannot control) we do have a strong impact on how these things influence our life. Because, to quote Jack Canfield, Event + Response = Outcome. Don´t panic, this is not a math class I am giving to you but a very helpful equation that will change the way you look at things and give you your power over your life back. And with that being said, grab yourself a cup of coffee and get comfortable.

I am gonna start my new podcast with one of the most powerful tools I have come across so far: Gratitude! Not only does gratitude (if you practice it daily as I do ;-) ) can shift your mindset in the long run and makes you happier, more fulfilled, and at ease, but it also helps you short term. Like when you are having a bad day (sorry to hear, but you are at the right place :-) ) like I did when I went on a business trip to Sicily. On that day, a simple cup of coffee and gratitude helped me to overcome the reeeeealy dark cloud over my head. So today I am sharing with you how gratitude can do that for you, too. In particular, we are talking about how to practice gratitude the right way, because a lot of people (including me for a long time) do practice it wrong. I will share some of my daily habits and will tell you how gratitude will for sure enhance your life long term and short term. So let´s start a new area - the Coffee and a good life podcast. So grab yourself a cup of coffee and get comfortable.

My everyday life sometimes overwhelms me! Yup, that sounds weird, right? And for a very long time, I thought that I was the only one feeling this way. But the reality is that a lot of people struggle with their day-to-day life where seemingly simple tasks like getting organized or cleaning out the dishwasher become overwhelming and stressful. And no wonder considering today's society where it is all about going faster, higher, and reaching for more...
So today I am not only sharing my personal experiences on this topic but will also share my strategy on how I deal with it, manage it and finally get it all together to be less stressed and way more relaxed and confident on this. This includes some time management tricks, my personal exercise that includes "Do I need to do this" or "Do I think I need to do this" as well as some little mindset shift thoughts.
I know, this is a really sensitive and extremely important topic, so I hope you will not only enjoy it but have some great takes away. So get yourself a cup of coffee and get comfortable. :-)

I want to live my life, actively, in the here and now. That's what today is all about! We'll talk about how you can live your day more consciously instead of just living through it. And that's by means of a simple Fall bucket list that I've updated a bit, shall we say. Sounds as simple as brilliant.
