Monica converted to the “Green Party” in 2016 and is currently running for State Representative of the 31st District. She is a mother, wife, author, business owner and crusader of justice. In the past decade, she has banded with parents who struggle to identify the core challenges in their children as they grow. One of her life’s missions is empowering people with disabilities and illness to seek out alternative remedies that work best for them, rather than being bullied by insurance companies to only follow the pharmaceutical model.
Although her career in the wellness field is satisfying, her longtime advocacy work is where her true passion lies. This transpired in 2013 when a Southbury-based nonprofit connected her with the Coalition for Connecticut Family Court Reform, where she assisted in the passing of Public Act 14-3 in 2014. She then launched a legal abuse support group in South Windsor and began guest blogging for nonprofit organizations. Monica published a self-help book entitled "Broken System, Broken Heart", which guides parents through the aftermath of Family Court-based legal abuse. For over eight years, Monica carried herself through the Family and Appellate courts as a self-represented litigant, which necessitated hundreds of hours of self-guided legal research. As a non-lawyer, taking on the legal system gave her much appreciation for politics and law, and is a large part of what brings her here. Monica is committed to reversing Connecticut's dystopian model of stripping away parent-child rights following divorce. Monica encourages everyone to step and Join the fight.

Just a brief background; Nancy Schaefer was a late Georgia Senator who along with her husband were murdered on March 26, 2010 by the very system she spoke out against due to her devoted actions in helping children, parents and families fight the unjust system. Even though no other representatives or her own party stood by her, she didn’t let that discourage her from finding/speaking out about the ruthless and unsparing actions of child protective services. She wrote a scaving report in 2007 which she presented to the Georgia Senate called “The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services”. We will listen to audio clip of her words as she read her article at a gathering. After hearing the audio clip, we will discuss it. We will also promote and talk about the upcoming event; 3rd Annual Remembrance of Nancy Schaefer Rally hosted by yours truly, RFIR. We will be joined by a returning guest Angela Craig-Wiley, founder of the Fighting Family Law Facebook Community Page and Support Groups. Mrs. Craig-Wiley previously shared an aspect of her childhood of being an alienation and how it drove her to become a 50/50 parent to her own children. What she didn’t get the opportunity to share then was what was driving her to continue her mission of awareness- being a first-hand witness to silver bullet tactics made against her now husband William regarding his daughter, corruption of State of Illinois Police Officers with a history of pulling favors for “Friends” and willing to bend the law and falsify records where evidence of videos and audios exist to show their crimes of authority abuse, all the way to becoming a target herself now in measures a guardian is willing to go to great lengths to destroy any relationship he has with his children, his wife and any other child or family member that could or would be considered family all for the sake of wanting to adopt one in the same child. When a guardian informs a court of law they wish to adopt the child, just how far do you think they would go to try and get what they want? We will be discussing how the sky is the limit in one Illinois County Probate Courtroom where judges and lawyers refuse to follow the law or establish to boundaries to prevent perjury and cruelty for the sake of self-preservation. Let’s Dive in while one of our first hand witness hosts an exciting expose of corruption and lies in a not so out of the ordinary court case that allows third parties no opportunity to defend and protect themselves from abuse and allegations.

Ulterior motive of primary custody retention riddles crippling horrors of CYFS (CPS) and police involvement where money seemed to be the motivator. Robert endlessly fought endless allegations, including false assault allegations which strived to break his pockets, but he did not let that break his spirit as a father. His struggle with his children being taught to fear him over false stories meant to scare them. After everything, he holds strong in knowing his children are not to blame and he continues to hold his arms out in love to let his children know that he "KNOWS" a child is helpless. Robert wants the audience to know that things can change in the blink of an eye and the reality pain of today may not hold the same tale tomorrow. Hold Strong and don't waiver in your path. In the meantime, he would like everyone to understand how important it is to continue living life to its' fullest. Your children will fare far better with a happy parent and one that can endure stresses and tell their story in time with self care as a central focus. A healthy parent can make for a happy and healthy child. Take Care of yourself and don't lose sight of the goal to have your children learn what love is from a neutral stance without having to choose.

His fight is to protect his child from his own mother, who the government of his own state says she and her "boyfriend" are mutually a threat to his child, however too much falls too short of truly getting his child the true help necessary. Travis' message is to document everything, don't fall for the "I've changed" to stop you from filing paperwork/contempt/custody. Most importantly, if you get those "red flags" in the beginning of a relationship, and you sense someone's a toxic person, then run before it's too late. If you hear them talking crap about a "friend", followed by the buddy buddy to their face, run...or keep your friends close and your new enemy even closer.

You will have to listen in to find out who this special guest host is. If you already know, Shhhhhhhh! Don’t spill the beans!
We will also be joined in studio by our featured guest. From Norfolk, VA, a father of 3 daughters, Zachariah Hoffer. As we dive into Zach’s 11-year battle & learn of the corruption within, you will want to have box of tissues next to you. Zach’s oldest daughter at the age of 18 had been murdered by a known criminal. Someone her mother knew & brought into her life. Yet, the system turned a blind eye to the parental alienation conducted by the mother & allowed the children to be in a dangerous situation. All over the globe, children are being alienated morally by a vindictive, narcissistic & vengeful parent. After much research & joining in with other parents fighting the same system, Zack has come to realize that more & more cases like or similar to his are coming out of the woodworks. Parents world-wide are starting to speak out against the abuse of power, judicial overreach & lack of due process. The advice Zack has for the listeners is to put faith in the lord Almighty. If you see another parent struggling, battling the corrupt system, help lift them up & encourage them to speak out. Spread the word by calling into radio stations, sending letters to your representatives, join local protest (make every effort to join the Million Parent March in September) & to pray.

Our story hits close to home for many followers both and female. You may know him as "Notorious Dad". Our Guest, Caleb Leverett, father to Parker, Blaine, Hayden and London, as well as father figure to many others, started out sharing his story on Youtube making a high conflict child visitation return exchange viral across the world. Starting with a very contentious divorce and fighting to safeguard his children, beginning with Parker, his oldest, years ago and his next mission today to fight to protect his son Blaine from one in the same mother who was documented as abusive per the children. His fight may have only began with his oldest since age in Texas limits what a parent can do, however his oldest Parker is now an adult and the next mission in store today is to fight for the physical, emotional and mental well being of his son Blaine, a teenager, who is now in the direct line of target to become the Family Court System's next victim after years of abuse, manipulation, attempted alienation, and years of psychological traumas being applied to all. We don't need to characterize the mother, Why? Because you can see for yourself with the viral video that started it all here:

Caleb's fight is a tough one many parents can empathize with. His goal is to raise awareness to the corruption in Texas for fighting fathers wanting to be more than just a visitor.

Our guest for April 9th, 2017 is Jose Munoz, aka Joey, of San Diego, California. Joey is an American Father of three beautiful girls. Joey considers himself an average man just trying to find happiness in his life, happiness with life, love and his children. Joey often struggles with the laziness and corruptions of San Diego County Family courts, not with just one but three different family law cases. We focus on one of these cases now to bring light to a dark situation revolving around the realms of International Parental Abduction. Joey's daughter, Vanessa Uybungco, has been missing since June of 2013. Arrest warrants were issued for the arrest of non-custodial mother, Maria "Magda" Cortes, by the State of California and the District Attorney's Office in grouping with the County Child Abduction Unit.Joey's advice to listeners is to never settle for anything less than what your child deserves- to be able to go home where their heart is and if a "taking parent" feels entitlement in abducting your child, there ARE people out there literally waiting to help you try and find them. Joey's message is to never give up on finding your loved ones no matter how difficult it can become and to please remember that there are people who love and support you, even when you feel hopeless; hold onto that because there will be some dark days of sadness but there can be light. Please join us while we share his tragic story of kidnapping, loss and love. Let us share the outrages of news that has only recently unveiled itself and how the government in the United States really treats families victimized by International Parental Abduction.

Over the course of time, Steve has dealt with corrupt Judges (in the form of not protecting constitutional rights or even following Washington State law while serving on the bench). Steve was forced to deal with allegations through Child Protective Services(CPS) and a Guardian Ad Litem(GAL) who both called him a liar and minimized truly valid concerns he had regarding the protection, safety and overall well-being of his child, who suffered severe abuse at age 6 while in the other parent’s care.
It is his hope to not just tell his story, but to validate to others that these problems still exist today and not only can we all expose these wrong doings, but we can and have the ability to change what is considered status quo today.
Steve’s advice to listeners is to stop living silently. Knowing that this is happening to you or around you and remaining silent is equally just as bad as being the person who committed the actual atrocities themselves. He views it no different than turning a blind eye and encourages listeners to stop letting the abuse happen to their children or to the children of their peers. The voice who stands up for justice is the voice who speaks out for all, NOT just for themselves.
Episode 50 – A Case of Paternity Fraud. Your Host; Brian, Co-Host; Steven, April & Angela
Join us tonight, Thursday, 7-9p.m. EST., 6-8p.m. CST., 5-7p.m. MST., 4-6p.m. PST. for Episode 50 as we will be welcoming our guests from Oregon, Ryan McCuistion & Wife Kelly. Ryan is a father of 5 biological children and 1 non-biological child that is the cause of my life's nightmare. I have been exposing paternity fraud where I was defrauded into believing I had gotten a girl pregnant because of a one-night stand. Approximately 6 months after the fling, she called saying I was going to be a father. I tried to do "the right thing". I tried to make a go of a relationship with her, but it didn’t work out. The child was born, and I was pressured into signed a Paternity affidavit, without knowing what I was signing. Custody and CP were initiated and I was awarded 12% time with the child. During a visit, a callous comment made by my mother led to suspicions. The next visit I had, I took a home DNA test. I also had an official lab test performed with security protocols taken. Both were NEGATIVE! I demanded my name be removed from the birth certificate since I was “NOT” the father. It was Denied! No accountability as to mother's actions. This child has a father somewhere and her identity crisis has been caused by her own mother who just won't tell the truth. What began as alienation, so I thought, became a path for truth and justice along with extortion (child support). Message to listeners is to educate yourself, your children, family members and friends. Educate them about paternity fraud and child support corruption and how the system doesn't care who the biological father is. The system only cares about money, NOT the true “in the best interests of the children”. No state so far has a successful guarantee to disestablish paternity for non-biological fathers.

By telling his story this evening, Brian hopes that listerers will see and understand the corruption within his case and how it can relate to their own cases. The best advice Brian has is to never give up and never give into the system psychotic games. Learn you’re constitutional and civil rights. With her son, other family members had filed an illegal guardianship which also has lies of drug use, neglect and accusations of sexual molestation. All to be found false. With the fight for equal shared parenting and family law reform, Angela’s case is a prime example that 50/50 shared custody can work. The unconstitutional temporary order of protection has been lifted by the judge and now he can start the process of visitation with his three children. What Mr. Gilligan hopes to bring to the show is to advise the listeners of the silver bullet aspect. How our constitutional and civil rights are being violated and how the stipulations of common law and color of law are ignored within family courts. Are you a parent or child who has been alienated from their kid(s) or parent? Then join us in the conversation and tell us how you have been alienated. Many children and families are torn apart from one parent keeping children from the other. It is a fundamental breakdown of our children’s lives for they are brought up in the middle and being used as a weapon during a break up or divorce. Like a pawn in a chess game. Children tend to blame themselves as if they were the cause of the problem. Children are also more prone to become runaways, drop out of school, turn to drugs and violence, etc. living in a fatherless/motherless home. As we know today, Parental Alienation is not considered a crime nor a mental/physical issue. It’s time we push for equal parenting and demand that Parental Alienation become a criminal offence.
