Over the course of next few weeks, I will try sharing those important hacks that I found through a lot of grind and revelations. We'll be discussing the necessary aspects that we need clarity on, to be better aware of ourselves.

This is my first ever attempt into the foray of Podcasts and I really hope you like it.

What do you think would happen if you are taken to Mars and are asked to get used to that environment? How long do you think it would take before you give up in the environment, that’s not suited for you? LET’S TALK.

When you know you’re designed to breathe and live here on Earth, isn’t it wise to stay in this environment, so that it doesn’t suffocate you? Just because you’re feeling adventurous and want to visit Mars, doesn’t mean the environment there will be favourable for you to breathe. You’ll need a lot more extra resources, both internal and external for you to even survive on Mars, let alone thriving and creating a favourable habitat. If you’re feeling too adventurous about wanting to try out the Martian Environment, then you should probable talk to Elon Musk.

Anyway, the point that I’m trying to make here is, unless you’re willing to do whatever it takes and endure all the hardships, just to survive in an alien environment, you better learn to live in an environment where you can thrive and not fight to survive.

So here’s my suggestion, ‘Don’t stay stuck on Mars when you know your resources don’t suit it’s environment. Find your Earth and breathe easy, breathe happy.’

Now, why am I talking about Planetary Environments all of a sudden?

Well, that’s because as your body’s design cannot survive in the wrong environment, your mind’s design can also get suffocated in an environment which is not suitable for it. Getting stuck in the wrong environment can drain your energy unnecessarily and there’s no way you can survive in it for too long.

You would have heard of choosing the wrong course, choosing the wrong career, being in a wrong relationship (personal or professional) all these have higher tendencies of turning toxic if your preferences are not taken care of.

So be it in the family or to learn or to work, you need to identify the right environment to be in for you to thrive and not feel drained.

How do you identify the right learning environment, you ask?

Well, listen to the full episode to understand the different kinds of Learning Styles and the kinds of Learning Environments formed by the preferences of these Learning Styles.

Have Fun

Hi, hello and welcome to the 4th Episode of The Clarity Club with KNR.

This is the Episode where I speak about the Identity Matrix.

As discussed in my previous episode about 'Decision Making', some parameters can define your Personality. Now, how do the combination of those Personalities determine your Identity, is what we'll be discussing today.

The Identity Matrix determines the portrayal of your Character, Strengths & Limitations, the understanding of which, in-turn generates a better Awareness of Self.

The effect of the combinations of different personalities can be put into 4 different quadrants as shown in the 'SELF CLARITY BLUEPRINT'.

Download your Free copy today!**

The 4 Quadrants of the Identity Matrix are as follows:

  1. The Guardians: those who are identified as Hardworking and Dutiful
  2. The Evaluators: those who are identified as Logical and Enterprising
  3. The Discoverers: those who are identified as Curious and Fun-seeking
  4. The Ambassadors: those who are identified as Caring and Compassionate

Which Identity Quadrant do you think you are naturally inclined towards?

Understanding of your Identity Quadrant along with your preferred Learning Environment (which we would discuss in the next episode), forms the basis for choosing your Career Niche as well.

Also, if you are interested to have a one-to-one conversation with me regarding anything based on Self-Clarity,

Hi, Hello and Welcome back to 'The Clarity Club with KNR'.

It is the 3rd episode already and It is just the beginning of a wave of interesting information coming your way.

Today's episode is about 'Decision Making' and the parameters that influence our choices.

We make decisions in life based on our sensibilities which are shaped by our personalities. Now the Personality of a person can be broadly defined as a combination of 4 different parameters. Some parameters may have more effect in some people and some less. The uniqueness of these combinations is what defines Your Personality and that personality of yours, directly impacts your decision making process.

Based on our combination of parameters, that are unique to us, we tend to prioritise our decisions. Some of us might prioritise results and some of us may prioritise people, in the same given situation. What we prioritise is majorly based on our Personalities.

Environments, upbringing, experiences etc., are some of the external factors that might affect our decisions as well, but these above mentioned parameters are internal and something that we are born with. There'll be a stronger tendency to go with your natural traits unconsciously than to consciously depend on the traits, that you've acquired due to some external factors.

Let's explore these parameters in a bit more detail through this Podcast.

Which Quadrant do you belong to?

  • The Bahubali Quadrant?

  • The Bhallaladeva Quadrant?

  • The Rahul Dravid Quadrant?

  • The Virender Sehwag Quadrant?

Let's find out ;)

Cheers!

There's a saying that goes something like this, 'To understand where you want to go and what you want in life, you need to first understand who you are and where you stand right now'
