The Shorts and Goggles crew welcomes special guests Derrick Hein and Producer Tyler to form the ultimate NBA team through a draft. But it's not as simple as your typical snake draft. Each person will draft for specific roles/categories on their team such as MVP, Role Player, Enforcer, and 6th Man!
It's been a minute but we're back to celebrate the marriage of our guy Producer Tyler! As a wedding present we drafted our favorite Villanova Wildcats and Philadelphia 76ers.
The Shorts and Goggles crew calls an Iso for RJ as he recaps the start of the season for the Gonzaga Bulldogs who came in ranked 14th after two big losses. For the first time since 2018 the Zags have fallen outside the top ten in the AP poll, which means is it time to panic about the Zags?
After a long hiatus WE ARE BACK! Of course the thing that was able to bring the podcast back is the new Redeem Team documentary on Netflix. We discuss the documentary itself and what we remember about the 2008 Olympic Men's Basketball Team aka the Redeem Team. We also cover which Redeem Team member would be the best hang in the club, would they beat the Dream Team, where is Tayshaun Prince, and much more!

Usually when we give hot takes to start a season it doesn't always good according to plan. But after almost two weeks of basketball we're looking pretty good! We also breakdown the NBA 75th Anniversary team to discuss snubs, surprise additions, and who we would add to the list.
