Breath is powerful.
Have you ever noticed what taking a breath can do for you, for your mental health, for your body, to reduce stress levels and so much more.
With every breath, we connect with God.
And when He had said this He breathed on them and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit." John 20:22
He is the reason we breathe… It’s HIS breath that breathed life into us! Oh, how important our breath is. Without it, we just wouldn't be.
In this episode we discuss the breath, how it falls into the ABCD expansion cycle, share tips and ideas of how to be intentional about breathing, and even join us as we practice a breathing technique. Stressed or not so much, you'll be sure to notice a difference once you listen.
