As a single mom of 2 incredible young men, I needed (or so I thought) a regular paycheck. After a life threatening accident, I decided with the support of my 2 boys, to make this real estate dream a reality!
As a child, i had spent a lot of time in Northern MN on the lakes. Mainly in the Brianerd, Nisswa and the White Fish Lake Chain. As a young adult I spent a lot of time on Mille Lacs Lake. I love the outdoors, the water, and participated in outdoor activities year round.
I have realized how difficult it is for buyers to sort through the huge amount of waterfront markets around the states, and then the hundreds of lakes and lake properties in each market. I recognize that a good waterfront agent is an agent who understands how to help the buyers best. It could be a huge asset to them in saving both time and money.
I am working diligently to assist all property markets with a specialty in lakeshore buyers and sellers in any waterfront market, and also to give as much guidance as possible in each situation. This consistantly seems to be a huge perk to buyers who are unsure where to locate the right waterfront property to best fit their needs and wants. Also, sellers who are looking for ideas on the most effective ways to get their lake properties sold.
When I am not helping people find their dream home, I can be found spending time with family and friends. I love traveling and seeing different places. I also enjoy playing and taking my dog for walks and love spending time outdoors, cooking and exercising.
