In today's video, I have included different different exercises for triceps from warm-up sets in this video.I was finding it very difficult to do pushup set in today's video because I usually do normal pushups and today I tried the clapping push ups first time in my life I hope you will definitely enjoy the video

Like daily routine, I reached the gym at 6:30 in the evening and my gym partner was already waiting for me there.Today our tricep workout I personally enjoy doing tricep workouts Because it builds your muscles which are visible from the half t-shirt.As I am a bit young now, I like to show off a little bit along with my health.And to be honest, most of the strength that comes in your body comes from biceps and triceps, because you perform any exercise in the gym biceps and triceps in involved in it
After completing the triceps workout I captured some of my photographs to share it with all of you and also with my Instagram family I regularly used to click photographs to see my body growth for future reference

Its Fitness time and today is the day of shoulder workout so I am going to share the video of shoulder workout time with all of you.Today I was scrolling through my community feed and wondered in which community I should post videos related to Gym. Then I found this amazing community which named as @hive-196233 @C/Rant,Complain,Talk and a very beautiful line is written in the about section of this community and that is Talk about things that did not fit well elsewhere so for that reason I selected this community for posting my videos which is related to gym because I didn't find any other appropriate community
At the starting level, a friend of mine asked me to go to the gym whose name is Ajay Kumar on his behest i joined gym.At the starting level, I did not enjoy the gym as much because it seemed that go daily, follow the same routine and then come back home But as soon as it takes some time, I started liking working out, there was also a reason for this.That I started seeing a difference in my own strength, the weight that I did not even know before, now I started vermupsetting with that weight.
People say that Gym is for physical fitness but I do not believe so at all because it is used to enhance your mental ability as well as your physical fitness
By going to the gym, you learn many more things like...
- coordinating yourself with your partner.
- Your focus increases in doing any work automatically.
- It Teach You to Be Punctual for the Time
- It also teaches you how to do something while being disciplined.

A very well good morning to all of you today I am going to share an unboxing video of one of the t-shirt with I ordered from my favourite E-Commerce site which named as SouledStore
I personally like to order from soul Store because they provide us premium quality cloththe cost of these clothes are little bit high as compared to the other E-Commerce site but we can say that we should have to use quality over quantity so if they were providing us the quality then they were charging amount for that
It cost around 650 Rupees at the time when I ordered this t-shirt which is comparatively high from the other sides who were offering the t-shirt varieties but there is a positive thing with this site and is that all the prints of the t-shirt is unique and they have a copyright contract for all the designs produced by the soul store team
if you also invest in quality over quantity and on unique prints then you will definitely order some clothing material from the souled Store and I guarantee you that you will be Amaze by looking the quality of the T-Shirts and clothes providing by them

A very well good evening to all of you my dear friends. I am using and posting in hive community from previous few months but this is the first time when I am posting any video because previously I do not have any idea that how to upload and post the video in Hive Community
Then one of my friend whose name is Akash Chand he told me about @threespeak community and after reading few post which is presented in the community page I have created an account in 3speak with the help of my already existing hive account
Few months back I went to Kanpur for some work and after finishing my work me and my friend went to one of the most popular Mall presented over there. the mall is situated at the Central area of Kanpur so for that reason the name of that mall is central mall there I found this beautiful fish aquarium which acquire a lot of beautiful and stunning fishes this please aquarium is presented on the top most floor of that mall
