Money affects where we live, what we do, where we work, what we work on, who we work with, how we travel and the experiences we all have. It affects our relationships with a significant other, our family, our friends....simply so many aspects of our lives.
These conversations explore how real business owners navigate their relationship with money and how it plays a role in the growth of both their businesses and personal lives.
We are told money isn’t everything and only the greedy want money but the truth is, the people who are telling us that have designed the system we all exist in for themselves and have rigged the game in their favor. And you are living in their system. It’s time to create your own.
We are back with Episode 20 of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast featuring my long-time friend and mentor, Bob Regnerus.
Bob is the Co-Founder of Feedstories, a video production company focused on helping businesses increase their impact, reach, traffic, and sales through direct marketing, creative filmmaking and strategic storytelling. Bob is also the author of several books including "The Ultimate Guide to Facebook Advertising," now in its fourth edition, co-authored with Perry Marshall and Tom Meloche. He has also written "The Official Get Rich Guide to Information Marketing on the Internet," "Big Ticket eCommerce," and "The Best Business Card on the Planet."
In this episode, we explore Bob's journey as an entrepreneur and what it truly means to show up as your authentic self. What I have come to learn from Bob is that life is a process of never-ending creation. We all have the power to create and choose who we are in this life. That is an extremely powerful message that continues to show up throughout this conversation and I am honored to be able to share this with the world.
To all my builders, I salute you 🚀

Logan is the CEO at Lost Empire Herbs where he offers offers a wide range of high-quality super herbs and products to help people dramatically improve their health and lives. He is a strongman, kettlebeller, bodyweight athlete, mental training specialist, herbalist, emissary of nature, entrepreneur, and much more.
In this episode, we dive deep into Logan's journey as an entrepreneur and he also shares his own wealth-building system, emphasizing the four components of money and how to be prepared in uncertain times.
This was such a fascinating conversation. Logan truly brings so much value to this world and it was a real gift to be able to explore his methods of optimization for his mind and body.
To all my builders, I salute you 🚀
Welcome to Episode 18 of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast. In this episode, I am excited to host my friend, Ajay Pondicherry, the Co-Founder and CEO of Curb Hero.
Curb Hero is a real estate marketing software providing user-friendly yet robust digital marketing tools. Designed for real estate agents, it empowers them to optimize open houses, boost online listings, and streamline lead generation through social media.
In this podcast, we dive into Ajay's journey into entrepreneurship, starting from his experiences in the e-commerce and event space, all the way to building a real estate industry software company.
This episode reconfirms one of my core beliefs about creating a business. Many businesses are rooted in identifying a personal challenge, designing the solution, and then ultimately realizing the wider market demand for this newfound solution. The original concept of Curb Hero evolved from this principle—it initially served as a proof of concept for his wife's mortgage business, Aragon Lending, before turning into a full-blown solution that we now see today.
Ajay is a true builder at heart and it was an absolute pleasure to get to spend some time talking with him. If you're a real estate professional aiming to elevate your lead generation, follow the link below and sign up for Curb Hero.
To all my builders, I salute you 🚀
In the seventeeth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast, I am joined by my friend and true modern-day renaissance man, Perry Marshall. Perry is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, consultant, scientist, engineer and artist (like I said - renaissance man). When people say "oh this guy wrote the book on blah blah blah", this time it's actually a fact. Perry wrote THE book on Google Ads. His Google book laid the foundations for the $400B digital advertising industry and is the world’s best selling book on internet advertising. He is also the founder of the $10 million Evolution 2.0 Prize, with judges from Harvard, Oxford, and MIT which is also the world’s largest science research award. His reinvention of the Pareto Principle is published in Harvard Business Review and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Labs uses his 80/20 Curve as a productivity tool so yeah - he's done and is doing some cool stuff. Together in this episode, we explore Perry's early stages as an entrepreneur, we cover a few of the Planet Perry terms like "drinking the pink kool-aid" and "renaissance time", we talk about his observations of navigating the different phases of entrepreneurship and we also dive deep into Perry's philosophy around personal development and my new favorite term I learned from him - doing the "heart" work. This was a conversation that will always be special to me for a lot of different reasons. It's been a surreal journey of reading Perry's books as a 20 year old, to then going to one of his first Facebook Ad workshops to then getting to be a fly on the wall at his high level Roundtable masterminds (thank you Scott Schang) to getting to host the Zero to $100k coaching program with him a few months ago and to now have had the opportunity to sit and do a podcast with him is something I will always be so incredibly grateful for. As you will see in the video, I was basically smiling the entire time. One of the greatest gifts Perry has given me is that he has taught me to think critically about myself and who I am, what I want out of my life, what I’m naturally good at and to then build the business around that. Those answers came from listening within myself rather than searching externally or needing outside validation. That has led to having true harmony between who I am as a person and how I show up in my business and in my life.To all my builders, I salute you 🚀
In the sixteenth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend and digital marketing expert, Don Crowther.
Don is the CEO of Breakthrough Consulting and put very simply, he creates millionaires for a living. His specialty is in helping people make money online, utilizing all of the essential tools required to succeed: search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, social networking, traffic building, public relations, e-commerce, conversion, analytics, partnerships and joint ventures.
Together in this episode we go through Don's early years as a Brand Manager for the Kimberly-Clark Corporation and the different brands he helped launch and grow, how he got his break into the online advertising world and his journey of selling one of the very first social media marketing courses ever.
This was an absolutely fascinating conversation. For me, this was one of the only times I have had a chance to explore what it was like to be in the marketing world before the internet was even invented. I cannot stress enough how valuable it is to understand the true fundamentals of marketing from a first principle perspective and Don lays it out in this episode like the true expert he is.
To all my builders, I salute you 🚀
In the fifteenth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend, Jason Perkins.
Jason is the Co-Founder & President @ Bonzo, a marketing and sales engagement platform for mortgage and real estate professionals. I have been fortunate enough to become a "Bonzo Ninja" over the past year or so through my consulting business and in the process I have grown very close with Jason and the rest of the Bonzo team.
Together in this episode we go through Jason's early years as a sales professional, his travel explorations, the different stages of building Bonzo and his vision for where the platform could go in the future. A huge takeaway from this conversation for myself was Jason's commitment to truly being a problem solver.
It is my belief that in its purest form, a business is created through the awareness of recognizing how things can be done better in a certain market and then focusing on understanding the needs of your customers. From there it is just a relentless effort of trying, learning and constantly improving your product or service.
I have witnessed, felt and experienced that energy from Jason and the rest of the team ever since I have been working with the platform. I am so very excited to see where they go with Bonzo and it is an honor to work alongside them.
If you are a mortgage professional and are interested in learning what the Bonzo platform can do for your business, I am hosting a webinar with Jason next Wednesday, May 17th at 1pm EST and together we are going to cover:
1) Creating processes for agent referral building
2) Setting up Pipelines and Campaigns for agent engagement
3) Strengthening existing agent relationships
4) Building co-branded landing pages
5) How to become the "Go-To Lender" for all agents

In the fourteenth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend, Andrew Pawlak. Andrew is the CEO & Co-Founder @ rebel iQ (FKA leadpops), a full-service digital marketing solution built specifically for mortgage and real estate professionals. A lot of my foundation as a marketing and technology consultant in the real estate industry came from Andrew's book, "The Mortgage Marketing Manifesto" and I have been a longtime user of his products. Together in this episode we go deep into Andrew's background and how he originally got his start in sales, the journey of developing the initial idea of leadPops and his keys to success for creating longevity in your business. This was a fascinating conversation as I went into it with a lot of curiosity around how he is able to keep his finger on the pulse of what is happening in his specific industry while still executing at a high-level as CEO. His answer was quite refreshing and I think his approach is not only what makes him a masterful marketer but also a great leader. I truly admire Andrew's vision for both his life and his business. You can feel his tenacity and competitiveness to win combined with an absolute passion and love for what he is building. Beyond all of that, his commitment to his family and recognizing the importance that has in his life is truly inspiring. I have no doubt he is going to continue to dominant in his industry and I'm excited to be a witness of his success. To all my builders, I salute you!
In the thirteenth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend, Anthony Wilson. Anthony is the CEO and Co-Founder of TruPro Elites which helps owners and entrepreneurs from small and medium businesses scale faster, remove growth bottleneck, and most importantly, do so while reducing the amount of stress that comes along with growing a business. I met Anthony in a coaching mastermind group last year and was immediately blown away by the amount of things he is able to accomplish. He will tell you himself - it all comes down to his team. That is a concept we explore and go deep on in this episode. The lessons he shares are grounded, real and are things you can immediately take action on. We also go deep into Anthony's journey as an entrepreneur and the many ups and downs that come with this pursuit. From being homeless to scaling a company past the 7-figure revenue mark, he has experienced the extremes and it has definitely shaped him into not only a great leader professionally but also an extremely thoughtful individual. This is one of those episodes where you will need to pause, rewind and listen again because some of the things he shares are just so profound it is impossible for you not to be struck and take time to self-reflect. To all my builders, I salute you!
In the twelfth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend and longtime mentor, Josh Lewis.
Josh is a Certified Mortgage Consultant and is the Broker/Owner of BuyWise Mortgage. Along with Scott Schang, Josh took a chance on me when I was 19 and just getting started out in digital marketing. I feel extremely fortunate to not only have had the opportunity to work with Josh now for the past 5 years but to have him as a resource for all of my questions around building wealth with real estate.
Together in this episode we explore Josh's path to becoming an owner of his own Mortgage Company, the lessons he has learned investing in real estate as well as some of the things a prospective buyer needs to be thinking about when they are approaching a real estate transaction. Josh has a very refreshing and no-fluff perspective on how to truly empower yourself to make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.
To me, Josh absolutely embodies the term "expert" when it comes to his business. His depth of knowledge continuously blows me away but beyond that, his ability to articulate and simplify these concepts for the everyday consumer is truly what makes him special. It is a real gift for me to be able to interact with him on a consistent basis and I highly encourage anybody that has questions around buying a home or getting started with building a rental portfolio to seek out Josh's wisdom.
To all my builders, I salute you!
In the eleventh episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend and fellow digital marketer, Sunni Sukumar.
Sunni is a Conversion Optimization Specialist and Growth Marketer. I have had the pleasure of working closely with him through our respective agencies and in his own words, his definition of marketing is "the science of helping people embrace change" which is something that has stuck with me since we recorded this podcast together.
There are multiple points in this conversation that will make you want to rewind and listen again because Sunni is truly full of profound insights. We also go deep into a discussion of how we would define what an "expert" really is and again, Sunni's perspective on that has been rattling in my mind everyday since we had this conversation.
His journey of leaving a high paying IT position to pursue his passion and curiosity for marketing will undoubtedly inspire you. An amazing conversation with an even more amazing human being, please enjoy.
To all my builders, I salute you!
In the tenth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend, Brian Veeder.
Brian is the Operations Coordinator at Kahuna Business Group, Inc. In the previous episode of the podcast, I had the opportunity to sit down with his business partner, Frank Lunn, (if you haven't listened to the episode with Frank yet I highly recommend) and together they form an incredible duo.
This was a really fun conversation because Brian and I both are ops guys at our core. We enjoy being part of the day-to-day of executing tasks, mobilizing resources and making sure objectives are being met. For me personally, I have had a hard time finding information or locating people specifically around that type of work. In simple terms, I think it's because the type of person who enjoys operations isn't usually somebody who is going to be super vocal so this was special for me to give the spotlight to somebody I really admire and hopefully this can be valuable to anybody who aligns with us as well.
We also go deep into something I have been trying to flesh out in my mind recently. As a baseball player growing up and more specifically being a pitcher, I have been reflecting on the lessons I learned as an athlete. I loved being a pitcher because it allowed me to be in complete control of the momentum of a game. Nothing moved without me. It also meant that I needed to be reliable, consistent and make sure that my coaches and teammates felt like they could trust me in high pressure situations.
As a pitcher, you have to want the ball in your hand at all times. Lead by example, not let your emotions get too high or too low and essentially do the basics. Throw strikes, field your position, control the run game, etc...I wasn't going to be somebody who blew you away with my fastball, but over the course of the game I kept things close and gave my offense a chance to always be within striking distance.
It's interesting because I think without really realizing it, I've built my business and have found positions on teams very much around those core concepts. As an ops guy, I am very much in control of the flow of projects. Things move through me and I have a very clear view of the "field of play." I want to make sure my clients feel like they can always rely on me in crunch time and that I am going to step up when the game is on the line. I am always looking for a way to empower others on my team to be in the best position possible to focus on their superpowers. That is my sweet spot.
To all my builders, I salute you!
In the ninth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend, Frank Lunn.
Frank is the CEO & President at Kahuna Business Group, Inc. where they focus on empowering exponential entrepreneurship through the different services they offer. I originally got connected with Frank through Cuyler Marshall (if you haven't listened to the episode with Cuyler yet I highly recommend) and from our first conversation I could immediately feel his passion and love for business.
In this episode we discuss Frank's amazing story of scaling his business to a 8 figure annual revenue run rate and the position he found himself in when he was forced to then sell that business.
We also talk about a topic that has become more and more cemented in my mind recently which is viewing businesses as an asset and vehicle to build wealth. What I personally find so interesting about that idea is that there is true harmony behind optimizing a business for valuation in the case of an acquisition but also in the process of doing that, you can find yourself playing the game of business at a higher and I'd argue more enjoyable level.
This episode is also very special to me because the connection in this relationship is really a direct reflection of publishing these podcast episodes. The old saying is you do business with people you know, like and trust. Frank was referred to me and before we ever had a conversation, he was able to get to know me and my values through the podcast. That shortened the time frame of us building rapport and trust - it's like I created a clone of myself to do some of that heavy lifting. I encourage anybody who is considering producing content to just do it. You have no idea the good that can come out of it.
To all my builders, I salute you!
In the eighth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend and Queen of Business Credit, Jackie Posada.
Jackie runs JP Consulting which specializes in teaching entrepreneurs how to build a business credit profit in order to be “lendable” and how to access up to $50k - 100k in as little as 30 days.
I have had the amazing opportunity to not only work closely with Jackie and benefit from her service but more importantly I have also been lucky enough to build a friendship with her and really see her grow over the last few years.
I knew from my very first conversation with her that she was an absolute expert and it was just a matter of time before people caught on. It really came as no surprise to hear that she has worked with close to 1,000 clients in the last two years alone.
In this episode we talk about some of the do’s and don’ts when it comes to managing your credit profile, Jackie’s incredible journey of how she developed as an entrepreneur and her vision for what she is currently working on. A truly amazing story from an even more incredible woman.
To all my builders, I salute you!
In the seventh episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend, Cuyler Marshall.
Last year when my relationship with my business partner came to an abrupt end, the very first phone call I made was to Cuyler. He was there to catch me while I was falling fast - something I will be forever grateful for. The advice he offered and the books he recommended for me to read no doubt saved me from a total catastrophic meltdown.
Cuyler works in a very unique position for the family business. And this isn't just any family business. His dad, Perry Marshall, is in the HOF of internet marketers and business consultants. When I say he "wrote the book" on Google Ads, I mean that literally. Not only that, but the entrepreneurs that are attracted to "Planet Perry" are some of the most interesting people you will ever have the chance to meet.
I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to build my foundation as an entrepreneur through this community, all thanks to Scott Schang (if you haven't listened to the episode I did with Scott I highly recommend it). At this point in time, the majority of my current portfolio of clients came from relationships I developed at Perry Marshall events - pretty surreal for me.
In this episode we discuss Cuyler's journey of building his sales skills, the insights he has learned from observing so many different entrepreneurs and a whole lot more.
To all my builders, I salute you!
P.S. the books he recommended for me to read were "How to Get Rich" by Felix Dennis and "Winning Through Intimidation" by Robert Ringer
In the sixth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend, Clint Hosman.
Clint is the Owner/Builder of Longship Systems where him and his team help entrepreneurs define, design and execute their ideal client journey.
Anybody that has been following Systems Of Wealth knows I align 100% with the builders in this world - they are my type of people. I have had the joy of working behind the scenes with Clint building campaigns and systems on a handful of projects.
I am extremely grateful and feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to see a master like him at work. I knew this was going to be an amazing talk not only because both of us are system type thinkers but also because of the energy Clint consistently brings.
In this episode we discuss Clint's journey in entrepreneurship, the realities of starting a business while also building a family and how to put all of these pieces together to form a fulfilling life. I am so appreciative of how raw and honest he was. If you want the real down and dirty truth behind entrepreneurship, I promise this conversation will not disappoint.
To all my builders, I salute you!
In the fifth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend, Media Moussavy.
I have had the pleasure of working with Media over the past few years building funnels and running paid ads. I can still remember from our very first conversation together, I knew he had that thing you can just feel from a select few...it is hard to explain but very simply I would call it magic.
To me, Media has one of the best branding and social media presence in the real estate game. He is someone I continuously look to for inspiration on how to position yourself the right way....and of course it helps that he can back it up with incredible talent, drive and love for his profession. It's really no surprise that he was ranked in the top 1.5% of real estate agents in the nation.
In this episode we explore the path he has taken in real estate and some of the difficult decisions he has had to make in order to progress in his career. Personally I have found that going from "good" to "great" is one of the hardest gaps to navigate and I couldn't be more grateful to learn from his experience.
To all my builders, I salute you!
In the fourth episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my friend and fellow bookworm, Rob Koebke.
I met Rob last year at a Perry Marshall Roundtable event. It was one of those times where you meet somebody and you feel like you have been friends with that person for your whole life. He completely expanded my own idea of entrepreneurship and what it could mean for me. It's such an amazing feeling and honestly quite humbling to be around somebody who is thinking so big and doing things at a high level like Rob.
Together in this episode we detail Rob's early years of getting started in business, how he approaches productivity as well as some decision frameworks when it comes to making investment decisions for different risk tolerances.
To all my builders, I salute you
In the third episode of the Systems Of Wealth Podcast I am joined by my longtime friend and mentor, Scott Schang.
I first met Scott about 6 years ago. I was a wide eyed 19-year old entrepreneur looking to make my place in this world. I approached a non-profit here in Huntington Beach and offered to run their Facebook Ads for free just to get some experience. Scott happened to be serving on the board on the non-profit and said he could also use a little bit of help with his mortgage business and the rest as they say is history.
Scott is somebody who took a chance on me long before I had any idea what I was doing and since then has stuck with me through it all. The network I’ve built, clients I work with and the experiences I have had professionally the last few years I owe a lot to him and his generosity. I will be forever grateful for his guidance and friendship.
Together in this episode we discuss all things entrepreneurship, the true nature of pursuing your passion in life and our love for float therapy.
To all my builders, I salute you!

In the second episode of the Systems Of Wealth podcast I am joined by my friend and fellow Division 1 Walk-On, Clay Raterman.
I met Clay last year while I was living in Austin and from the moment I met him, I knew he was built different. He is another person that I truly believe is just doing things the right way. I have been lucky enough to be involved in a few projects with him and also have a front seat view into his development of Piggy Banker.
Together in this episode we go deep into Clay's journey of making the football team at The Ohio State University, his experience of building a 7 figure company and the sequence to follow for creating wealth.
To all my builders out there, I salute you!
In the first episode of the Systems Of Wealth podcast I am joined by my friend and Operations Coordinator, Jasdeep Singh. Jasdeep and I met in 2021 at a mastermind event in Vegas. At the time, he was struggling with finding traction in his agency he was running at the time and also searching for direction with his own personal development. I am not entirely sure what it was about me (who we are kidding - I am pretty great), but he seemed to really vibe with my approach to business and my perspective on life. After the mastermind, he asked me if I would mentor him which was an absolute first for me. I have hired countless coaches and invested close to six figures in courses, masterminds etc. throughout the years but I had never been in a position to be the one doing the coaching. Together in this episode we go deep into my background and story, our journey of working together and ultimately how Systems Of Wealth came to be. To all my builders out there, I salute you 🚀
