Mike’s relentless desire to improve year after year has continued to put his work at the forefront of wedding photography. Carolina Guzik is a wedding & family photographer from Miami, Florida, and she loves to work with awesome people. Her style is authentic, vibrant, & romantic. Charmi Patel-Peña is a wedding photographer based in New Jersey. Living with her husband Patrick and two kids. The weddings Charmi photographs are paced quickly and are full of organized chaos - just like her mind, but they also force her to slow down.
As a fan of power tools, she likes to do home improvements in her spare time. She is also a big fan of her mom’s pani puri and recommends everyone finds a place to try this traditional Indian street food snack.

Dave Shay is an entrepreneurially-minded photographer who loves working at the intersection of art and technology. From repairing cameras for Leica and FujiFilm to starting his own photography business and being an ambassador for MagMod and SLR Lounge, Dave always seeks new challenges.
His most significant business challenge came in the form of busyness. In 2013, Dave photographed over 53 weddings (up from 15 the year prior). With no reliable systems in place to handle double-digit growth, Dave grappled with burnout.
Learning from his life lessons, Dave made it his mission to help photographers simplify their workflow and build better systems.
Allie Siarto is an award-winning photographer with a focus on visual brand storytelling. She runs The Photo Field Notes Podcast, sharing photo, business, and marketing advice for photographers. Getting his start as a photo retoucher, he shoots and edits his photos right up to the point of being "too good to be true."
With a degree in marketing, he approaches each shoot as a brand partner for influencers and entrepreneurs like Spike Lee, Common, Dallas Mavericks CEO Cynt Marshall, and many others.
When Mike is not taking photos, he enjoys watching basketball, hanging out with friends, and going stand-up paddleboarding with his wife.
Hannah Hall Beddoe is an incredible wedding photographer based in Northamptonshire, UK. At the time of recording this episode, she is in her eighth year of business.
Hannah describes her style as honest and emotion-driven with a bit of awesome thrown in. I would describe her style as organic and vibrant. The colors she achieves and the looks she brings out in people are out of this world.

As one of the leading wedding photographers in the world, New Jersey wedding photographer Mike Zawadzki has a distinctive style that helps his couples remember their wedding day memories in a timeless, bold, and genuine way.
Mike has been photographing weddings for 10+ years and enjoys a technically challenging low-light situation as much as he does a stunning once-in-a-lifetime sunset and sky. He typically starts with traditional poses that will make older members of families smile. Then, based on the rapport he builds with clients, he mixes in more personalized and creative shots of couples based on their preferences, and vibe. Mike enjoys meeting new couples and learning about their unique love stories, which helps his subjects feel comfortable in front of his camera no matter how shy or introverted they may feel.
In a society where we are bombarded with negative self-image content on social media, with algorithms that help create false narratives about how we should look, Mike's philosophy in photography and life is to reject this status quo. He firmly believes everyone deserves to have beautiful photographs of themselves no matter what their age, size, race, gender, religion (or lack thereof), or sexual orientation may be. When not photographing weddings, Mike can be found seeking out the best-hidden gems of New Jersey pizzerias and spending quality time cooking delicious impromptu meals with his girlfriend Melanie.
Once upon a time, there was a man getting married.
His name was Yoav.
He and his wife hired Nitzan to photograph their glorious day.
They had a magical wedding.
But for some reason, it was taking over 3 months for the photographs to be delivered.
Yoav, who had a background in artificial intelligence, was naturally curious about Nitzan’s workflows and processes, so they had a conversation.
