Who else gets so swept up in their plans they forget to go to God first, and ends up feeling broken? If so this is for you. Many are the plans of a mans heart but the Lord's purpose prevails! we can find peace in Gods plan for our lives if we just went to him and found comfort in his peace. His peace is what ultimately guards our hearts and minds, so why aren't we resting in him more often?

It is so important to take every thought captive because our thought life has so much more power than we think. Additionally the mind is deceitful above all else, which is why God calls us to renew our mind. So when we are faced with un wanted crippling thoughts what do we do. The enemy is strategic in breaking us down with these thoughts and whispering lies into our ears in order to focus us on our feelings and self rather than God and his sovereignty. lets dive into Hebrews 4 for a sec. God is calling us to come to his throne in confidence to receive mercy and Grace in our time of need! How crazy is that? That even in our lowest God wants to pardon us even when we rebel. This gives a particular look into the heart of our creator.
Its so easy to get upset and forget the mercy and grace God has shown us. Are you angry at every day tasks? Struggling to feel loved and stuck in the shame of your past? This podcast is for you! God has given us so much to rejoice in Psalm 9. He is also such a loving God from the very beginning Exodus 34. So lets learn about what our father says about us and why we can find joy in our mess!

How does God use the darkest times and how do we respond in the darkest times? with quarantine and COVID this might seem like the darkest times but lets dive in and see how this has happened before and it can be overcome!
