This is Trinnovo Talks. In this series we’ll be looking into what high-performance looks like at Trinnovo by speaking to a range of employees from across the Trinnovo Group’s three recruitment brands and social enterprise; BioTalent Broadgate Search, Trust in SODA and Ex-Military Careers. We’ll be finding more about their personal journeys, what’s enabled them to achieve such levels of high performance and how they’ve overcome any challenges they’ve faced.

In our first episode, we will travel from London to Los Angeles, to meet with Lauren Langdell, known by many across the group as Langers. Langers started with Trust in SODA in 2016 and is a genuine example of someone who lives and breathes our core values of Passion, Innovation & Collaboration. In her 5 and a half years with the business she has consistently been one of the top performers across the group, has founded our industry-leading DEI platform Women in DevOps and established our West Coast presence. She’s now Group Director for the West Coast responsible for driving our growth in the region.
