Part 1 of “A Rose in Thorns: The Beauty in Hardship” is about my interpretation of “power” and how we can control our own power if wanted through the examples of police brutality, the media, and my own voice.
In the final part of “A Rose in Thorns: The Beauty in Hardship” we will focus on the word “identity” and how it influences our decisions by looking through the media, my experiences and past, as well as current movements.
In part 2 of “A Rose in Thorns: The Beauty in Hardship” we will focus on how place has influenced our decisions and our way of life through social norms, history, and our own personal experiences.
