Together with Laura from the Happy Hood, they discuss how Delapré Abbey could do more to share it's links to colonialism, making your own fun outside of a city and reconnecting with your inner child for personal wellbeing!

After listening to this episode and resonating with Tré's words, the Delapré Abbey Preservation Trust team are collaborating with Tré to work on a project exploring our links with colonialism and enslavement.
