Hello, and welcome to Sinister Soundscapes podcast. Every Friday at 5, we will be posting our improvised, noisey and strange take on horror and sci-fi film scores. We watch the movies and play along while recording. Then, we publish it here. If you like noise, post-rock, sound art, or any form of avant garde music, you might enjoy this. We produce the highest fidelity recordings possible given a one week turnaround. The preferred way to enjoy the episodes is this: Cue up the horror movie of the week. When we count down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, press play on the movie and make sure there are no ads. Turn the sound off on your tv and use captions, so that you can still enjoy the plot of the movie while listening to our take on the score. Please use hi-fidelity speakers or headphones. You can also just listen if you'd rather. We hope this will be a great way to kick off your weekend if you're weirdos like us.
