Jeanne is a business leader, strategist, and advisor who has spent her career helping divisions of large corporations enter new markets, turn around failing business units, and move through meaningful growth and transformation. She has also helped founders and CEOs build stronger companies, healthier leadership teams, and more valuable businesses.
What Gina appreciates so much about Jeanne is that she understands success from the inside. She knows what it means to lead, to build, to perform, to carry responsibility, and to create results in complex environments.
And, like so many high achievers, Jeanne also reached a moment where she began to recognize that success on paper does not always create fulfillment within.
That is exactly why this conversation feels so beautifully aligned.
Gina is usually the one asking the questions. This time, Jeanne invites Gina into the deeper story behind her work, her message, and the life experiences that shaped the conversation she is here to lead.
Together, Jeanne and Gina explore what happens when life looks fine, successful, responsible, and even admirable, but something essential has gone quiet.

In this episode, When Strength Becomes Armor, Gina Maier Vincent welcomes Captain James Owen, retired Long Beach Fire Department captain, speaker, founder of Camp Pivot, and author of The Last Patient, for a deeply human conversation about trauma, recovery, service, addiction, self-worth, and the hidden cost of being the person others depend on in crisis.

Together, Gina and James explore:
This episode is especially meaningful for first responders, military members, physicians, law enforcement officers, caregivers, leaders, adult children of alcoholics, and anyone who has ever been praised for being strong while privately knowing something inside was not okay.
Through the lens of Gina’s work around Underliving, this conversation asks what happens when fine replaces fascination while life continues to function — and what it takes to begin returning to yourself before collapse becomes the only permission to change.
James’s message is clear: you are not broken. You are bent. Recovery is not linear. And healing can begin the moment “one day” becomes “day one.”

If today’s conversation resonated with you, I’d like to leave you with a question: You’ve spent years building your life…
But have you spent equal time designing it?
Many of the people I work with are successful by every traditional measure. They’ve built careers, businesses, families, and accomplishments they’re proud of.
Yet quietly, they sense there’s more available.
More joy. More connection. More beauty. More meaning. More aliveness.
If that’s you, perhaps it’s time to stop asking, “What’s next?” and start asking, “What would make this extraordinary?”
My private Exquisitely Aligned VIP Day was created for people who are ready to move beyond simply functioning and begin intentionally creating a life that feels as rich on the inside as it appears on the outside.
Because true wealth isn’t just what you accumulate. It’s how fully you live.

Arriving in America with almost nothing except faith and a religious artifact, her story is a remarkable reflection of courage, perseverance, and the American dream.
Through hard work and determination, Dr. Vu earned her medical doctorate degree, practiced Family Medicine for more than twenty years, and now serves as Vice President and Medical Director at RGA. But beyond the accomplishments is a woman whose life has been shaped by gratitude, compassion, family, and deep human connection.

Apple PodcastsAndroidRSSThe environments around you are not neutral.
They shape how you feel, how you think, how you connect, and even how you heal.
Yet most people move through their spaces on autopilot. They never stop to consider how deeply their surroundings affect their energy, nervous system, and overall quality of life.
My guest today is Greg Marinelli, a Newport Beach–based interior architect, visionary, and designer who creates environments that elevate how people feel, work, and heal.
With more than two decades of experience spanning luxury residential, hospitality, and healthcare design, Greg approaches his work as more than aesthetics. He designs experiences — spaces that support the people within them and transform the way they live.
From childhood curiosity to creative vision, how Greg’s gifts revealed themselves early, from rearranging furniture to breaking through walls and reimagining space
How your environment directly shapes your mood, clarity, relationships, and overall quality of life
The role of design in healing, healthcare, and human connection, including how neurodiversity, scent, flow, and spatial awareness impact the nervous system
Why where you focus your attention matters and how energy, vibration, and intention influence the spaces you inhabit
How to use design as a tool for transformation, calming the nervous system, elevating daily life, and embracing the truth that change is always available
This conversation is an invitation to pause…
To look around your space with fresh eyes…
And to begin asking a more intentional question:
Is this environment supporting who I am becoming?
Because when your space is aligned… your life begins to follow.

A Pepperdine-educated executive with nearly three decades in tech…
Vice President of Business Development for an electronic hardware manufacturer…
A decorated philanthropist contributing over 800 volunteer hours annually…
A four-time pageant winner and reigning Ms. USA 2026…
A fashion model, devoted wife of 31 years, mother, grandmother, and national community service leader.
And yet, beneath all of that achievement is something even more powerful, alignment.
This conversation begins where many don’t think to look…
In her early wiring.
In her inner world.
Darlene shares what it was like growing up with an active, creative mind — and how moving frequently as a child shaped her resilience, adaptability, and ability to walk into new rooms as “the new one” and still find her footing.
We explore how creativity has been a throughline in her life, from the art studio, to the pageant stage, to the boardroom, and how it continues to shape the way she leads, serves, and shows up today.
Inside this conversation, we explore:
How early life experiences, like constant change, can build resilience, adaptability, and leadership

Apple PodcastsAndroidRSSIn this episode, Kimberly Duval shares how beauty, quality, and thoughtful design create spaces — and lives — that feel cherished, grounded, and deeply aligned.
In this episode, Kimberly Duval: Designing Beauty That Lasts — Quality, Meaning & Home, I sit down with Kimberly Duval, Founding Principal of 41 Studios, a global design and real estate consulting practice rooted in architecture, interiors, and corporate real estate. Kimberly also publishes MORE, a quarterly digital design journal devoted to beauty, life, and authenticity.
But this conversation isn’t about trends.
It’s about beauty that lasts — the kind that reassures rather than performs.
We explore the difference between designing a room and curating a life. Kimberly shares how thoughtfully designed spaces influence how we think, feel, and function — and why quality, editing, and intention matter more than ever in a fast, disposable world.
You’ll hear how success has evolved for her over time — becoming less about shine and more about sustainability, rhythm, and quiet wins. We talk about neutralizing challenges without drama, planning as a form of freedom, and creating continuity while living bi-coastal — where “home” becomes a feeling, not a zip code.
Kimberly considers her work a partnership — not imposing a vision, but showcasing what clients love. She believes that spaces should feel cherished.
This is a conversation about discernment, consciousness, and the quiet luxury of enough.
You’ll Hear
• What “quality” means in a world built for speed and disposability
• The role of rhythm, structure, and planning in protecting energy and creativity
• Why sustainable success feels different than the shiny narrative we’re sold.
If this conversation stirred something in you — not just about your space, but about your life — that’s your cue. Beauty, alignment, and quality are not indulgences. They are signals of self-honor. The way you design your environment reflects the way you design your days, your relationships, and your future.
This is the work of living exquisitely aligned.

In this episode, From Underestimated to Unignorable — Visual Authority, Executive Presence & Credibility with Kerrianne Cartmer-Edwards, I sit down with Visual Authority Strategist Kerrianne Cartmer-Edwards to talk about what high-performing women rarely realize until it costs them: credibility is formed quickly, and your presence communicates long before you ever speak.
Subscribe with your favorite podcast player
Apple PodcastsAndroidRSSWe unpack how successful women can be deeply competent — and still underestimated in certain rooms — not because they aren’t qualified, but because their external signals aren’t yet congruent with their internal power.
Kerrianne names two powerful concepts that will change the way you see yourself and your next level: the “perception lag” — the gap between who you’ve become and how the world still sees you — and the “misalignment tax,” the hidden cost women pay in time, energy, attention, and voice when they feel the need to over-explain, over-prove, or over-function.
This is a refined, real conversation about becoming memorable, moving with conviction and certainty, and embodying authority with elegance — so you become unignorable.
You’ll hear:
• Why conviction and certainty are credibility accelerators — and what they communicate instantly
• The difference between fashion vs. style (and why style is a leadership signal)
• What it means to be congruent — and how congruence makes you memorable and trusted
• The truth about the perception lag: why it delays access, opportunity, and invitation
• The cost of the misalignment tax — and how it quietly drains your Divine Resources
• How over-functioning shows up visually and why it can unintentionally reduce authority
• Simple shifts you can make immediately to elevate executive presence without trying too hard
Kerrianne’s work is a powerful reminder that your next level doesn’t require more pushing. It requires more precision. More congruence. More refinement. Because when your outer presence matches your inner power, you stop chasing validation — and start being recognized.

If you’re asking yourself, “Is this all there is?”
Then, you’re in the right space.
When it comes to living your finest life, most people think it’s about trying harder, changing, or perfecting yourself to society’s standards.
Society convinces us that in order to succeed in our relationships, careers, and health, we need to search outside of ourselves.
That leads us to believe that we’re not worthy of more.
The truth is living your finest life is about becoming your most authentic self. And it’s closer than you think. I know because this is the work I do.
It happens when you decide to be bold and courageous, step outside the box, acknowledge your authenticity, and value what you offer to the world.
A life where time, money, and energy are abundant, allowing you to enjoy the things that truly matter.
A life rich with deeper connections and (even) more memorable experiences.
A life that’s custom-designed to fit YOUR DESIRES and aspirations.
Life happens FOR you! Your health, wealth, and love relationship take on new heights. The right people appear to support you and your BIG dreams. You find life-long fulfillment, joy, and a purpose. You become unapologetically you.

In this episode, Expressing Yourself with Malvina Messler, Gina and Malvina discuss their shared passion for being understood and how one can choose to do so through self-expression.
Gina firmly believes and loves to share, “When we express the truest version of ourself… we become EXACTLY what the world is missing!”
Malvina Messler, a Quantum Success Coach, Speaker, Author, and Paris Retreat Host extraordinaire, is a second time guest.
Today they discuss the meaning behind the word beauty, how surrounding yourself in beauty can enhance your life, and how they both enjoy seeing life as a celebration worthy of wearing something other than pj’s.
Both Malvina and Gina know what it feels like to be misunderstood and how that can lead to feeling lonely. And thankfully, they embrace their uniqueness through self-expression from clothing, jewelry, hair, make-up, and how they decorate their living spaces.

In this episode, His Little Feet with Hali Wolf, Hali shares candidly what it feels like to be called to help those in need.
Hali began her career in 1995 in the beauty industry as a hair designer in a humble local salon. In 2003 she opened Revolution Hair studio in Seal Beach, California where she styled for the Hollywood elite.
Then, in 2014 Hali heard something that would keep her awake at night. Something she felt called to change.
That was an excessively wet, rainy year here in California. Hali learned that many children were missing school due to their shoes not being able to weather the rain; many children were wearing shoes held together with duct tape.
At the time, Hali, herself a mother of 3, going through a divorce and with a young daughter who needed extra attention, had a lot on her plate. But she didn’t let that hold her back… in true “heart-centered Hali fashion” she stepped up to help.
She and a group of friends began serving the community to help children with shoe insecurity living below the poverty line. That same year she formed A 501c3 nonprofit organization known as His Little Feet.
Hear how the first 200 pairs of shoes Hali collected and donated changed the recipients lives and changed the performance of the school.
Since then, she has been gathering high quality walking shoes for foster youth and shelter youth to help stomp out the stigma of poverty one pair of shoes at a time. This coming January, 2024, His Little Feet will celebrate 10 years of giving back!
Listen in and learn how Hali found the blessings while stepping into her calling even during one of the hardest times in her life and that of her children. You’ll be amazed to hear where His Little Feet has taken her since… including a never-dreamt of beauty pageant where she is crowned the winner.

In this episode, From There to Here with Pat Backley, Pat shares how she’s had a life full of experiences each one shaping who she is today. She was invited back because Gina and she had so much fun and had some unfinished business to discuss.
Pat Backley is an author, born in England, but now happily settled in Auckland, New Zealand. Passionate about people and travel, she has lived a colorful and interesting life and her books reflect these passions. She published her first book just before her 70th birthday, (yes, you read that right) and in the two years since then, she has written and published another six titles. She now intends to write till she dies!
Like Gina, Pat is on a mission to make the world a better place and when you hear her speak, you’ll know she’s already fulfilling her legacy. Her life hasn’t been easy, but each time she’s come through with a smile on her face.
After publishing her memoir, “From There to Here, With an Awful Lot in Between”, a gentleman reader left a review that said, “even if it wasn’t all true, it’s a great story.” Something she simply chuckled about because there was so much more, she could have shared but decided to keep for herself.
Listen in today and hear Pat share a few of those times in her life from how, on the 3rd day as a new, young bride on her honeymoon in Paris, she knew her marriage wasn’t right…to tragically losing her baby sister to suicide…and how she at one point in her life asked herself “how did I survive?”; a question many women around the world ask themselves.
Pat knows intimately what it’s like to go through trials and tribulations and has always come out with a smile and positive attitude. Today she is thriving and enjoying her beautiful home surrounded with all the things that have meaning and that she loves.

Her life wasn’t always easy. In 2020, three major unfortunate changes happened that cause Juliet to be overwhelmed with emotions. After decades of compartmentalizing her feelings (or as she describes, stuffing them into a closet) and doing it so well, the door to that closet became unhinged.

In this week’s episode, One Unforgettable Woman Making Her Impact, Gina speaks openlywith her guest Kerrianne Cartmer-Edwards about her journey from being asked to be ordinary to be extraordinary.
It is natural for a parent to want to protect their child; especially for a father to protect his daughter. Out of that great love he once asked the young Kerrianne to be “ordinary”. Hisdescription of ordinary was to “keep her feet on the ground and her head out of the clouds”.
Sure, that advice may work for most but not for Kerrianne. Listen in as she shares her very personal journey to unleashing her brilliance.
As many loving mothers and wives do, she gave a little more to others than to herself in her younger years. She shares a pivotal moment that allowed her to remove her mother cape and her wife cape and what unfolded as she was stretched in a new way.
That moment was life-changing because she accepted the opportunity to step out of her comfort zone and give herself “the permission to just be me”, as she says.
Accepting that one opportunity opened the doors for others and through those doors
Kerrianne boldly walked and danced.
Now, she is fully expressing herself outwardly and helping other entrepreneurs do the same.
Kerrianne and Gina discuss the benefits of keeping both your head in the clouds while your feet are still on the ground and how you too can play an (even) BIGGER role in making this world a bit more magical.

This week in the Art of Creating Beauty: Nature vs. Nurture, Gina shares an intimate struggle she lived repetitively over the course of her life and bravely survived to share.
One that had her intuitively asking what is this ALL about? One that she never felt she had control over. One that left her and her business in a standstill.
And if you know anything about Gina… she’s a feisty one. She doesn’t like to be tied down in any way shape or form.
This is when her spirited and inquisitive journey began. A journey of self-discovery. Where she set out to break the chains and free herself to live the life, she knew she desired and deserved.
Don’t be surprised if you find yourself nodding “yes” and laughing as she talks about a few of her journeys through hell from romance and to health. And family drama including dementia, paranoia, and an inheritance. I’m guessing you’ll relate to a least a portion of her crazy and imperfect story.

This week in the Art of Creating Beauty Through Your Conversations, Gina shares her passion for the lost art of conversation & how our modern lifestyle is removing us from our TRUE nature.
Electronic devices are wreaking havoc on our ability to socialize & communicate.
Today, conversations have been whittled down to quick texts, comprised of emojis and acronyms. Sure, it might be easier and colorful … BUT this form of communicating is removing us from our true nature.
You see humans are social creatures. We’ve known this for centuries.
Communication IS truly becoming a LOST ART. And this can lead us down a path of feeling alone.
We are NOT meant to feel alone. This goes against our nature.
Getting to know others and allowing them to know us on a deeper level is profound.
It makes us feel connected. It makes us feel heard. It makes us feel seen. And we feel safe.
Listen in as she shares her magical Marrakesh mint tea experience.
She’ll share 5 positive & healthy benefits that’ll have you saying, “yes” to going retro with your next convo.

This week in the Art of Creating Beauty Through Your Resources, Gina shares different ways you can better use your time, money, & energy to bring (even) MORE beauty into your life.
We live in a world that promotes instant gratification. BUT is that really the answer?!
Those things typically don’t have lasting rewards. They often don’t align with our truths or our desires. As quickly as the gratification appeared it disappears. And that’s not gratifying.
If you’ve met Gina before, you know that she strongly believes that beauty is super fuel.
It inspires us to be the finest version of ourselves. It empowers. It encourages us. It’s simply amazing. With that being said, you can see the importance of beauty and how it enriches our lives.
Our time, money, and energy are precious resources. Resources we can make better use of. Resources we can use to create the beautiful life we desire and deserve. Resources that can be used to create an energetic exchange. As we bring (even) MORE beauty into our lives it inspires and energizes us in a way that is priceless.
You’ll be asked the difficult questions like… are you being intentional with your time, your money, and your energy?
Often times a four-letter word L I F E takes over those resources – be it our overscheduled day, things out of our control, or being disconnected from our truest self.
She’ll challenge you to think in a new way… an intentional way. A way in which what you VALUE is the key to your decision-making process. And if that means what was once an indulgence, is now something you truly desire… then you go for it.
Because when you are creating beauty, surrounding yourself in beauty, and living beautifully it will allow you to be the truest self. And when you express your truest self outwardly… you become EXACTLY what you see missing in the world.
And that’s TRULY what you are here to create. An (even) MORE magical world!
