John Mitchell is a serial entrepreneur and has created the “Top Application in the World”, out of the top book in the world on SUCCESS – Think and Grow Rich. Think and Grow Rich has been read by over 100 million people worldwide. It is the top book in the world on success by a factor of 10. But here’s what’s interesting. The book says there’s a SECRET for creating success. But the author only gives you half the secret. John is here to give us the full secret and a 12 minute a day technique to apply it. This technique caused his own income to go to $5 million a year, after 20 years of low six figures a year.
When John applied his 12 minute a day technique to his life, he saw his yearly income go to over $5 million a year, after 20 years of $200k - 300k per year. The 25 times increase happened because John LEVERAGED himself by applying science to his life.
His daily technique works because it focuses you ONLY on what moves the needle, triples your discipline, and consistently generates new business ideas every week. This happens because of 3 key aspects of the leveraging process.
Our conversation goes deep and John is candid with stories from his life.
Join us, and prepare to leave with actionable steps to move towards your creating your own Exceptional Life.
Do you feel fulfilled?
Does your business support that?
Why or why not?
If you’re passionate about building a business that supports your life and allows you to serve others - you’re going to love this episode of the Impact Business Show.
Steve Cesari is an experienced entrepreneur, author and advisor with a wealth of experience. His 6 F model focuses on the principle that faith, family, friends, finance, fitness equals fulfillment.
I love when you meet someone who has really similar ideas about what is important in life - and has a similar but different way of explaining it and living it. It’s these shared values that made this conversation a great stopping point for reflection for me.
My hope is that it does the same for you.
I’d love to hear your takeaways.

We all started our business to get more financial and time freedom - right?
But what does that actually mean for you? And what's your plan to get there?
The guest on the Impact Business Show today helps people do just that.
To have more freedom, we need to be able to take control of our finances. Take control of both our income, and our expenses.
This episode is for anyone looking for an up-level of mindset and strategies to help you take the reins on your bank account and use your money as a tool to live life by design.
Walli Miller, is a first-generation college student, daughter of an immigrant, and a self-made millionaire who is committed to helping high-achievers reach their financial goals and design a life they love. Walli wasn’t always a financial wizard, but now that she is, she is committed to using her powers for good by helping others take control of their finances.

Ever say to yourself, “I can’t afford it.” “That’s too expensive.” or “When I have more money.”
Our Money Mindset can hold us back in every area of our lives - because it’s connected with everything. There’s almost nothing that money doesn’t touch. So if we’re holding onto scarcity or negative thinking, it can make our experience, and our lives, pretty miserable.
Today on the Impact Business Show, I’m speaking with Dr Deborah Fryer, a Spiritual Business Coach, Money Mindset Mentor and Founder of the Academy of Money holistic brain training system that incorporates ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience.
Dr. Deborah Fryer is a spiritual business coach, money mindset expert, and founder of the Anatomy of Money system that helps entrepreneurs unhook from stress, elevate their mindsets, create soul-aligned businesses, and uplevel their income with ease, speed, and confidence.
Deborah is also an award-winning documentary filmmaker and the author of Best Brain Hacks, Turn on Your Tap, and the forthcoming Anatomy of Money: The Inside Guide to True Wealth.
Dr Deborah’s perspective is a unique and holistic one. One that incorporates principles from nature and encourages us to get back in touch with the power that is inside each one of us.
Money mindset is something we’re never going to be ‘finished’ working on. So no matter where you feel you are in your journey, I know you’re going to be inspired by this conversation.
Tune in here...
What I love about the process of building a business is the personal growth journey it takes us on. Very quickly we question everything we thought was true. From what we really want, to the types of people we want to work with, to the difference we want to make in the world.
So many people I talk to threw their initial plans out the window after a year or 2 in business - and their business today (or their role in it) looks nothing like they initially imagined.
Growing a business can involve a steep and brutal learning curve. One that includes everything from business structure, to marketing to people management.
Today we talk about all of that, with visionary marketer Michael Buzinski.
Buzz’s new book, The Rule Of 26 teaches how to double your website revenue. We dive into the strategies Buzz has used to get incredible results for countless clients, and also discuss his own business journey.
There’s so much good stuff in this one.
Please enjoy!
On today’s episode I interviewed the lovely Ryann Dowdy. Ryan is a sales expert and she helps seven and eight figure CEOs generate daily sales on demand without more of their time by building and training high performing sales teams.
Sales Expert, Ryann Dowdy, helps 7 and 8 figure CEO’s generate daily sales on demand WITHOUT more of their time, by building + training high-performing sales teams.
Ryann is passionate about helping successful business owners take back control of the revenue in their business, their time, and their freedom by building a profitable sales team. With her business partner, Kelly Roach, they are on a mission to free CEO’s from the role of sales person in their business.
Before starting her own business, Ryann spent 15 years in the corporate world building multi-million dollar sales organizations for start-ups in the digital marketing and advertising space. From sales rep to individual contributor to Director of Sales – Ryann has mentored, managed, and trained thousands of sales reps.
Ryann’s first crack at entrepreneurship was Uncensored Consulting, where she helped hundreds of women get their first clients, leave their day jobs, and take back control of their lives. By teaching tried and true sales strategies that
aren’t dependent on social media or trendy tactics, Ryann focuses on the art of building relationships and human to human connection.
Now, building her second business, she’s on a mission to change the lives of CEOs – by giving them back their time, financial peace, and the ability to multiply their revenue through a high performing, empowered sales team.

Do you feel like there’s no chance you can achieve your biggest goals, and look after yourself at the same time? Our guest today Akanke Adefunmi is here to tell us it IS possible.
Akanke works with female entrepreneurs in established service based businesses who are struggling with next level challenges, such as team leadership, confidence, visibility, and high performance.
In today’s conversion we dive into how to Claim Your SHEro, and what it really means to have self mastery.
As business owners, we’re the centre of our business universe.
Most of us are also women, and likely also the centre of our family universe. We need to be strong. We need to support everything else that is happening around us.
So how can we ENSURE that? What are the habits of high performing business owners?
From my experience, and working with others as clients, and as colleagues, and peers - here’s what I’ve learnt…
Change is a big part of life in general, but even more so in current times.
For many, change is hard. It’s uncomfortable. Painful even. But, it’s also through change we grow and thrive and step into the next version of ourselves.
In this episode I speak with Amanda Campbell, kinesiologist and resilience trainer, and keynote speaker, to discuss how to master change with flexibility.
Amanda believes through flexibility we can build and strengthen our resilience. At the age of 24, Amanda was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). A debilitating incurable disease that renders its sufferers prone to paralysis, nerve damage, and in some cases blindness.

When you’re getting started as a Virtual Assistant or service provider, we often have no idea how to run a business. We jump in, and we’re excited by the opportunity and possibility. Then we realise it’s going to be harder than we thought.
Then we spend too much time and money figuring it out.
We hire the wrong people. Work with the wrong clients. Get the wrong software. Work till 2 in the morning…
Then hopefully we wake up and redesign our business to get the profit and the freedom and the IMPACT we started it to achieve.
This episode is for those of you who are in that mix. In the first couple of years of business. In the trenches, figuring it out.
I’ve been there. I know what it’s like. It’s hard.
So let’s bring the experience out into the light. Because sometimes it’s all rosy on IG, but in reality, you’re hiding the bags under your eyes with concealer and wishing everything and everyone would just GO AWAY.
Hopefully, this episode shows you the light at the end of the tunnel. And helps you take a shortcut on the road to creating the perfect business, for you.
Play it safe. Go to school. Get a good job. Stay there until you retire.
So many of us were brought up with this formula.
We start a career we’re good at, realising perhaps it wasn’t for us down the road, but we’re so far from the beginning that we think we can never turn back.
Until we have a wake-up call.
This is exactly what happened to Josefine Wanner. Josefine’s wake-up call came with the sudden loss of a family member. Realising none of us know how much time we have left, she stopped on the familiar path and set out to forge her own.
Do you need to take the reins back on your business?
Working crazy hours?
Saying YES to everyone but yourself?
I know the feeling. So many of us start service based businesses to SERVE. And we do, to the detriment of our own health and happiness.
We give up, or at least postpone, the one thing we started our business to achieve.
Freedom.
If that’s you, and you want more freedom in your business. This episode is for you.
Today on the Impact Business Show I interviewed Liz Green. Liz is a copywriter who helps purpose-driven businesses amplify their voice online.
She specialises in website copy that draws on conversion psychology and weaves search engine-friendly keywords naturally into each page. And she writes strategic compelling email sequences that roll out the red carpet for the customers and subscribers.
Liz was 49 when she started her business in 2017, so she knows a thing or two about the challenges and rewards of choosing small business ownership later in life.
Away from the world of copywriting, she's a devoted cat auntie and occasional flautist who firmly believes any situation can be improved with cake.
We spoke about flutes, piggies and pirates, entrepreneurial truth bombs, and going after your dreams in business and in life.
If you’re a business owner looking to get your great message out into the world, this one’s for you.
Too many people just ‘do’ social media to ‘do social media’.
We think we ‘have to’ do IG or FB or reels, but the truth is, we don’t.
Then once we do, ‘do it’ we wonder why we aren’t getting flocks of clients banging down our door to work with us.
So let’s take a moment to step back and discover why we should do social media at all, and how we can more than just ‘do it’ but leverage it.
What does sustainability mean to you?
The definition is around the belief of sustaining our resources and regenerating them and not depleting them. But it’s so much more than that too. It’s about how we can work this value and these ideals into everything that we do in our business and in our lives.
This is what I had the pleasure of discussing with Vanessa Landry of Conscious Footprint of today’s episode of the Impact Business Show.
Hit the play button to tune in!
More is not the answer.
Why?
It’s difficult to scale a business that’s bulky and complex.
If you’re looking to move your business to the next level, it’s probably time to simplify.
Start with looking at each stage of your business.
How do you get in front of people?
How do you nurture them and let them get to know you?
How do you sell?
How do your onboard and deliver - without a lot of friction and stress?
And how do you get active referrals?
Each of these areas needs to be streamlined. Founded in strategy, and built with systems.
Let’s dive into how to make that happen, so you have the agility to take your business wherever you want it to go!
In this episode, we spoke about empowering women, impact-driven business models, sharing your vision, and spreading your light in the world.
We discussed true and genuine connection, and how that is what is at the heart of really great business. And life.
We also talked about expectations. Expectations of our businesses of others, and of ourselves.
It was a complete joy to spend time with this absolute powerhouse of a woman who is so generous with her time, her wisdom, and her gifts.

We dove into how women can really find their voice, use their voice, most importantly, trust their voice. About how we can, and should open our mouths and hearts at the same time. And about providing value, and how if we do, then money never needs to be the focus.
We also explored confidence, decision-making, passion, and purpose.

Too many of us start our businesses only to be working for the world’s worst boss … ourselves.
We charge too little, have lacklustre or no systems, and run the road to burnout pretty quickly. It’s a far cry from the profit and freedom we started our business to achieve.
So what’s the key to entrepreneurial freedom? It lies in 3 areas. Systems, Team, and Leverage.
In this episode we go through all three, and how you can apply these to your business as a service provider just starting out - in preparation for growth (without the painful growing pains).

So many of us start our service based business because we’re great at what we do.
We’re quick. Clients love us. We understand what they want better than they do, and we deliver.
Things come easy to us so we undercharge. Because we’re cheap and great and people love us, we get busy. Too busy.
Work can take over our lives easier than 1, 2, 3.
If that’s you - you’re a service provider feeling the pinch.
A stressed out service provider looking to move to agency model but not sure how, or if you even want that?

Introduction to the Buyer Journey.
Today we’re getting back to basics. The foundation of every decision in your business, should be based on your client’s buyers journey.
If you want to be more visible, get more raving fans, make more sales and generate more referrals. You need to nail this piece.
It starts with Awareness, the Consideration, then Action, then Referral.
Without the fancy terms, it just means …
How are you going to get in front of more people?
Once you’re in front of them - how do you keep them interested and hanging around?
Once they’re part of your audience, how do you inspire them to buy?
The answer in each case leads back to the way you craft your Buyer Journey.
