This message focuses on how we can learn to be content in whatever our circumstances are, as well as knowing that we can accomplish all this with the strength given to us through Christ. The secret to this is knowing that we need to be Christ-sufficient rather than self-sufficient. Our true contentment and accomplishments are only found in our relationship with Christ.
We turn to Philippians 2:9-11 and seek to understand what it means to recognize Jesus Christ as the exalted Lord of the universe.
Today we continue our sermon series from the book of Philippians entitled “To Live is Christ.” We turn to Philippians 2:1-8 and be challenged together to consider what the Bible means when it says to imitate the humility of Christ Jesus.

We begin our Advent Sermon Series on “Unwrapping 4 Christmas gifts”: Hope, Joy, Peace, and Love. Today we will be unwrapping the gift of hope. This hope is so desperately needed for anyone who finds themselves facing hopeless circumstances.
What is it that you have your eyes set on and that you want more than anything else? Could it be something that belongs to your neighbor? Let's look together at what it means to not covet anything that belongs to your neighbor.

Today we look at the eighth commandment-You Shall Not steal. We will be opening Gods Word to show how we do steal secretly, forcefully and neglectfully.
The seventh commandment-You Shall Not Commit Adultery. We will be opening Gods Word to John 8 and reading together the story of the woman caught in adultery. Jesus himself will challenge all of us to become less judgmental and more compassionate to anyone who has committed a sin.
We are looking at the sixth commandment-You Shall Not Murder. Maybe you think that this is the one commandment that you will not be found guilty of disobeying. Really? We are reminded that we are all guilty of murder in Gods eyes and in need of repentance.
This week we are looking at the fifth commandment. This commandment calls us to honor our father and our mother. We will be challenged on how to show honor and respect to our parents in 6 practical ways.
This Sunday we will be hearing a message on the fourth commandment. Is remembering to keep the sabbath day holy still a commandment that we are called to obey? If so, then why are we worshipping on Sunday? Join us this Sunday as we discern from God’s Word this matter of Sabbath keeping for Christians today
Today's message is on the third commandment. This commandment will teach us that not only is God holy but also that His name is holy and that we need to be careful how we use His name when we speak.

We will be turning to Exodus 32 and will be challenged together regarding what we can learn from the character of God, Moses, and the people of Israel when it comes to Idolatry.

This week we are reminded about the new clothes/virtues that we as Christians are called to wear as a result of our new life in Christ.

We still have in our hearts and on our hangers some of the old clothes (ie. old vices and sins). What do we do with the old clothes? Put them to death. Eliminate them. Remove these clothes not just from the surface of our hearts but very deep in the recesses of our hearts and get rid of them. Allow the Holy Spirit to help you to remove these old clothes.
God wants to be in partnership with us! "When you're in a Yoke with Jesus- He is well fitted you for that task."

What does the Bible say about living together and whether or not you can have sex before you are married? Join us this Sunday as we look at Hebrews 13:4. We will discover together what it means when we are told to keep the marriage bed pure.
The world around us has a lot to say about human sexuality...but does the Bible? And is it just a list of things not to do? This Sunday we will spend time in Genesis 2 rediscovering what God tells us through His Word about the goodness of human sexuality as He intends it!
This Sunday we celebrate the day of Pentecost. This is the day that Jesus sent to us the Holy Spirit. We will be taking a close look at Galatians 5:13-26. Come and hear together what it means that we have been set free from the from the constraints of the law and now empowered by the Holy Spirit so that we learn how to better serve and love each other. This is a life that is most pleasing to God. Let’s keep in step with the Holy Spirit.
This Sunday we consider together a Christian response to violence. We will hear from Isaiah 60:18 about a place that awaits us in the world to come where there will be no more violence in the land.
As a nation we have been struggling with the crisis at the border due to illegal immigration. How should we as Christians respond to this situation? Today we will hear together what the Bible says about how we should respond to any foreigner who enters our land.
Does God side with a political party? Are all our political issues addressed transparently in the Bible? This Sunday, we will be hearing from Pastor Jim about how we can take the principles and wisdom of Scripture and apply it to the political issues we face in our modern culture.
