WE'RE BACK!! Wowzers this episode was unexpectedly emotional. I open up about 2023 more of what has been going on behind the scenes personally that put the show on an unexpected pause.
I haven't shared much, if at all, about my divorce on the show. I'm sharing some of that and the pain that worked to steer me onto a path of self-reclamation and passion rekindling. This episode isn't just a narrative of my past year's trials and triumphs—it's a heartfelt conversation about respecting the sanctity of privacy in tender times, the truth depression, and the necessity of carving out a sanctuary for oneself.
Turning a new leaf often involves confronting our deeply held beliefs about success and self-worth. The 29029 event this year taught me that the summit isn't always what defines us—it's the climb that truly matters. Bringing back my nickname 'CJ' was a powerful step towards aligning with my true self. In this candid session, I discuss the significant emotional shifts that come with this realignment, the vital role of therapy for high-functioning individuals, and why recognizing our value beyond our achievements is a transformative insight.
I share the healing power of corrective emotional experiences within the therapeutic space and how an unexpected new relationship has taught me to navigate the confluence of joy and pain. Sharing of the evolution from merely surviving to living fully and now, towards thriving. I invite you to embrace the excitement of setting boundaries and balancing a vibrant life. And to cap it off, there's anticipation in the air with a top-secret project underway that promises to add another layer to our collective journey towards a life without limitations.

Today, I'm thrilled to welcome back Dr. Meghan Hurley-Powell, our favorite journaling ninja. In this conversation, we challenge societal norms of success, redefine greatness on our own terms, and explore how a slow and intentional approach towards our goals can lead to personal growth and meaningful work.
We talk about...
- The consequences of fast action
- Coming full circle on calling your shot
- Facing burnout and making values aligned pivots
- The power of therapy
& so much more!
The challenge we leave you with in this episode is to slow down, take breaks, and reconnect with yourself. After all, greatness isn't about speed, it's about the journey and the power of small, consistent steps towards our goals.

Some routines were meant to be broken.
Today's episode was inspired by the phrase "this is how we've always done it." I've recommitted to practicing what I preach, recognizing that I've been stuck in a rut lately.
I'm sharing how I remixed a key daily routine, how I've been using the Daily Pages, and provide you with clear steps to evaluate where you may need some routine remixing! By actively challenging and remixing our routines, we open up new avenues for personal growth and creativity.
Remixing the routine has helped me to stay grounded and excited about my projects by maintaining two distinct containers - one for personal growth and another for business brainstorming. Together, we'll learn how to create and utilize distinct spaces and containers to capture and unleash our ideas.
So here's to taking the next action, to becoming the architects of our own lives, and to living a life beyond our limits. Let's create, let's grow. Together.

We dig into the power of casting the vision for your life, getting really clear on what you desire, and taking the first action. Success and high performance aren’t complex. They are built on a foundation of takes-no-skill action that's connected to your life's desires.
Let's not wait for a new year to make changes in our lives. Let's start today. So, tune in, share this podcast with a friend, and together, let's begin crafting the future of our dreams.

A year ago, I told my ex-wife I wanted a divorce. What a difference a year makes. Today, I share with you about the last 12 months, not dwelling on the pain of the separation but focusing on the healing, growth, and evolution that unfolded. Navigating this significant transition, I've discovered five crucial areas of focus that have grounded me and facilitated a growth beyond my own expectations.
As we venture further into my story, you'll learn about re-engaging with life through relationships, emotions, and gratitude. Saying 'yes' more often, leaning into my emotions, and cultivating a sense of gratitude have opened doors to more fulfilling relationships and emotional growth. I've invited new people into my life, immersed myself in journaling while verbalizing my feelings, and focused on the good aspects of my emotional experiences.
I invite you to tune in, join our podcast community, and share your thoughts. It's a journey of recognizing and accepting our limits, then daring to live beyond them. Come, let's venture beyond the limits together.

JoAnne Johnson is a Manifesting Coach who helps her clients use signs and synchronicities to confidently manifest success in life and in business.
JoAnne naturally experienced signs and synchronicities for years. She knew it was a message from the Universe but didn't know what the numbers and words lining up really meant. Sometimes things would work out in her life like magic! Then other times she would be Manifesting awful relationships and conflicts which lead to a serious domestic violence assault in 2017. (This is touched on from a surface level in the episode)
Through her experience, JoAnne was able to lean on the Universe to leave that relationship and continues to lean into the universe to Manifest her own dreams. In this episode we dig into the 4 pillars in the Universe that she used to heal her own abandonment trauma and other generational trauma that was keeping her from Manifesting magic every day!
This episode is fire! It is one to grab pen and paper to take notes or journal things coming up for you. It’s probably one you’ll listen to more than once!

Three guiding principles:
1. Be intentional.

3. It’s okay to say no & set boundaries.
Some Journal Prompts for Future Casting:
