The reflection piece at the end of the training is Jay Arnold and Sameer Iqbal celebrating the success and reflecting on how far they have come in their personal journeys.

Jay Arnold and Sameer Iqbal also reflect on how completing a training package for Health Education England was something they would have never thought of doing. Before embarking on this incredible journey which spans five years, they felt that they would have been another statistic and number in the criminal justice system with no vision of hope.

Today they deliver hope to individuals who may feel desperate and isolated by building on system provisions in the criminal justice system and mental health, by utilising their experience to work with complex individuals that are in a 'vicious cycle' (adults or children) and aim to divert them away from their poor lifestyle choices.

Enjoy this awesome journey and food for thought – we hope you will think of ways of how you could implement this into your own work force.
