You may have noticed that the name of this podcast has changed, but that’s not the only thing that has changed this past year.
Earlier in 2021 I merged a portion of my business together with my friend, Lindsey Graf, and it has been a wild ride of juggling finances, closing contracts with clients that were no longer aligned, going through the absolute ringer as mothers, and feeling like we just pulled off an Iron Man.
it’s also been a time of learning, healing the sister wound, and learning how to surrender and open to new possibilities.
This episode is an official welcome to Lindsey as co-host of this podcast as well as a sacred message to all of you to stay tuned for more paradigm shifts, love, and light from both of us in the new year.
So get comfortable and listen in to hear our story of coming together, shedding old skins, and becoming intimately open to each other in this new business marriage.

Rosie Rees is the founder of Yoni Pleasure Palace and creator of Naked Awakening, a nude yoga workshop for women. She is also a leading sex and relationship coach and is passionate about inspiring women to tap into their sensuality and erotic power.
We talk about so much in this episode, including the objectification of women, uninvited body commentary, and performative sex. Rosie also shares why we should all be working to cultivate unconditional love for our bodies, how to receive without the expectation of reciprocation, and what we should really be talking about with our partners when it comes to sex.
Christine Blubaugh is a friend, a copywriter, and a messaging strategist who teaches entrepreneurs how to create money-making messages and build relationships - all through social media.
Christine is a former health and wellness coach who pivoted to copywriter thanks to a health scare, and she shares how that pivot was actually a blessing because it allowed her to make herself a priority for the first time.
We also talk about the importance of honouring our bodies as entrepreneurs and making ourselves - and real self-care - a true priority, the dangers of overconsumption (especially for newer entrepreneurs), and how to find your authentic voice and monetize it.
Kaya Leigh is the owner of the Sacred Breath Academy, one of the most incredible and holistic breathwork schools that has 300 facilitators in 40 different countries. Kaya’s passion is restoring the divine feminine and leading people to more embodied leadership, and creating a global movement where we gracefully demand more accountability and somatic safety.
In this episode, we talk about why Kaya taps into the parasympathetic nervous system in her breathwork by using the nose for breath, instead of the mouth, and how we can all use breathwork to actualize into our true selves.
We also talk cancel culture, how to be a true leader, and how breathwork can be used as an accelerator of ascension through descension.
Are you an entrepreneur that runs your business from the heart, but feel like you’re neglecting the necessary actions that are needed to scale successfully?
Or maybe you have the systems in place but you wish you had more woo in your business?
Kelsey Kerslake is an NLP practitioner, a CEO, a business coach, and the founder of the Aligned Business Academy, a program that mentors entrepreneurs to reach their vision for their life through their business.
She is also an expert on weaving the woo and the processes together to create a strategy and structure that supports the greater vision of a business.
In this episode, we dive into flow and intuition, listening to the nudges, and how you can support the bigger vision using systems that will allow your business to scale, without losing yourself to the cacophony of business “shoulds.”
We also talk about how to get past the fear of systems and processes, and Kelsey shares the only thing that you really need in your business - and it’s probably not what you think.
This is going to be a really beautiful episode for you to get back in touch with your body and also become more responsible with your frequency so you can be able to lead others.
Vianney Leigh is a period priestess who helps women initiate themselves back into their bodies, their flow, and their rhythms, and helps them use the seasons of their lives and bodies to be the guide back home to love.
We talk all about Vianney’s journey to healing, how what she does is so much more than “fix” your period, and how she literally changes people’s lives by changing their relationship with their menstrual cycle.
We also talk about the condition that is often misdiagnosed as bipolar disorder, the struggles that come with having an “invisible” disorder, and the importance of listening to and honouring our bodies.
Lindsey Graf is a Certified Master Practitioner & Trainer of NLP, EFT, Hypnotherapy, and a Master Life & Success Coach. She is also a mother, wife, teacher, and my best friend. Her passion is showing others how to overcome and elevate towards their purpose and trusting the body and mind to give us the answers we need.
We’ve done so many trainings together over the past three years, and in this episode we’re putting it all together and talking about creating a life of true freedom, taking the masks off that we don’t need, and how it feels to cleanse and clear ourselves of all of the patterns and cycles that loop in our lives - and hold us back from our authentic selves.
We’re also diving into how we create expectations and obligations (aka terms and conditions) that allows us to find security in the drama, blaming, and victimhood that comes with breaking contracts that were never signed off to begin with.
Tiffany Janay is a motivational speaker, entrepreneur, Sacred Sexuality coach, women’s empowerment guide, and the owner of YoniEggs.com, who is pioneering a new wave of wellness, safety, and healing. She has made it her mission - and her career - to connect on a personal level with people to help them overcome their fear, anger, guilt, shame, and anxiety surrounding their sexuality.
Elli Richter is an Integrative Subconscious Coach who helps others create lasting, healing, and complete transformation in their bodies, minds, and spirits. Believing that sustainable healing is always possible, her focus is on healing though a holistic approach that changes people on a mental, emotional, and physical level from the inside out.
In this episode, we’re talking about her journey on this path of healing and coaching, including how she rebelled within the lines of her conditioning and how she overcame the divorce that left her shattered.
Elli also shares how Human Design opened her mind up to new possibilities, and how she initially resisted everything that she is into now (isn’t that always the way!?), and how that resistance has taught her to take a second look at things instead of dismissing them at first glance.
Elli is such a joy and light in this world, and I absolutely would not be here doing what I do without her, so I’m incredibly excited to bring this conversation to you!
Eden Carpenter is a great example of having the courage and the resiliency to live a lifestyle based on your intuition, self-trust, and self-sourcing. After following the “societally right” path for five years, Eden quit her job as a nurse and went full-time in her business: teaching others how to use the language of Human Design to understand life, business, and energy.
We talk about so much in this episode, including how Human Design differs from other personality tests because it relies less on how you’re feeling on any given day, and depends more on science and energy to determine your unique design.
We also discuss how our businesses have their own designs (it’s true!), why we don’t have to make our business mean anything about us, and we’re giving you permission to let go of the belief that what you create in your business always has to align with you as a human.
We all face conflict at some point in our lives. It can bring up a lot of dark emotions, but it can actually be a stabilizing and connecting force with the right suite of communication tools that can create a space of safety for both sides. James Fish Gill is a heart coach who teaches those communication tools. He transforms conflict into understanding, and helps us all find safety in an unsafe world. This episode is way more than just conflict resolution though - it’s about creating a safe space in a world that is unsafe, finding our humanness, and connecting with each other on a much deeper level.
Manifestation has become such a buzzword and has even gone mainstream, but manifesting is so much more than thinking about something once and waiting for it to happen. Katie Jones is a Womanifester, or Manifestation Expert (among many of her titles!), who works with women in groups or one-on-one to help them manifest their desires with grace and ease. She’s joining me today to talk about so many wonderful things, including her spiritual awakening, how she came to do the work she does today, entrepreneurship, and of course, all things manifesting.
Drea Aguilar is a Master Energy Healer, Spiritual Mentor, and Transformational Coach and a Filipino-American who knows this well. After a series of both amazing and awful catalysts, she realized that joy was a choice and began to pursue a life of fulfillment and healing. In this episode, she shares about the loss of her mother at an early age, her awakening at 30 years old, the life-changing experience she had at Burning Man, and how she is healing - and facilitating healing for others - from very deep ancestral wounds. And of course, we’re talking about the amazing Quantum Resonance Crystal Bed and how we can all apply more quantum physics to our lives in a real, authentic, and focused way.
Taj Savitri is an incredible spiritual life and business coach who works with women to create a life of freedom, purpose, and bliss by connecting them to the power that is already within them. In this episode, we’re diving deep into so many hugely important topics: not only what it means for all of us as we leave the Piscean Age behind and step into the Aquarian Age (hint: healing!), but also how we all lose a part of ourselves through the rites of womanhood, and why it’s so important to create sacred spaces for women to talk about the experience of these transitions. Taj is also sharing her thoughts on what we can do to hold space for all experiences, how we can begin to recognize - and change - some of the detrimental narratives in the wellness industry, and how we can learn to be unattached and gracefully let go of baggage that doesn’t serve us.
There’s this saying, “You don’t get the birth you want, you get the birth you need.” Like my pregnancies, my birth was not how I expected, but it changed how I honour my body and my womanhood, and is the reason I found womb work - which has literally changed my life and my business in every single way. I can now look at my birth as a gorgeous story that taught me so many beautiful lessons: how important the womb space is, how to really lean into my womanhood, how to embrace motherhood in all its messiness and amplification of who I am and why I am here.
Hello beautiful goddess, I’m so excited that you’re here and I’m absolutely thrilled to get this podcast off the ground. It’s been two years in the making, and after a deep integration into grief and a complete rebirth of my identity over the last two years, we’re finally ready to kick off and make way for a new you, a new level of leadership, and a new wave of feminism that serves your soul, your community, and the planet.
I’m Aria Jaydara, an NLP Trainer, Spiritual Business Coach, and intuitive healer, and in this episode I’m sharing what my journey of rebirth and sacred reclamation has been like, the lessons I learned along the way, and of course, what you can expect by listening to this podcast. It’s time to activate your next level of leadership, create a more sustainable society, manifest clean wealth, and tap into your orgasmicness – are you ready?
