Suicide is the act of taking one's life and can be triggered by mental health, relationship problems, marital issues, financial worries, death of a loved one. Suicidal thoughts aren't always "I want to die" they can also be I feel trapped, I feel like am a burden, nothing will ever get better, I can't bare this anymore. Suicidal people should be met at a point of understanding and love because all they need is someone to support them, show them love, appreciate them, show them some empathy and compassion. Leaving an abusive relationship isn't as simples as walking out of the door or solving a 1+1 kind of questions. Trauma bonding is an emotional attachment which develops out of a repeated cycle of abuse, devaluation and positive reinforcement. People who haven't experienced abuse often struggle to understand why people remain in abusive relationships but you need to understand that nobody chooses abuse.
There's nothing as frustrating in life as lack of clarity and not knowing which direction to take. On this episode we talk about reasons as to why we as youths we lack clarity in life.
We are all human beings and we are all flawed hence anybody can be toxic. A toxic person plus another toxic person results to repulsiveness. Always keep in mind that it's a "them" problem not a "you" problem. Boundaries means where something ends and another thing begins. Standing up for your self is not the same as wanting to start an argument. Sometimes it's not the physical violence or the verbal abuse or the lack of boundaries and inappropriate behaviour. The real damage is the denial that these incidents ever occurred. The erasure of the abuse is worse than the abuse itself.

You have grown in strength despite all your weaknesses. It's time to rethink how we are as humans, time to forgive, time to remember our maker, time to call those loved ones and genuinely mean that. In the cases of men who do not act according to dominant masculine gender roles, the severity of the punishment for men who do not act according to expectations concerning male gender roles may be related to the perceived danger that their difference presents to normalized and dominant assumptions about gender. You are not alone. Whether you're a man or a woman. Whether you're somewhere in between or somewhere beyond, you exist. You might feel small and fragile in the faces of statutes, laws, stones, insults, a church-state and family that tries to deny your existence, but YOU EXIST🏳️🌈. Sex without consent is RAPE. Getting rid of the branches doesn't make the roots go away but addressing sexual abuse needs earnest attention and emphasis on how it is done. Awareness is needed.
We talk about love languages alot but I'm realizing that many people don't realize there are apology languages. Understanding what people need from an apology is very important.
It states that you're a masterpiece of your own life and whatever it is you're feeling is a perfect reflection of what's in the process of becoming.
You should know you're beautiful just the way you are and you don't have to change a thing about yourself. We are scars and we are beautiful. There's so much beauty in being yourself. Don't let your BRAIN BULLY YOUR BODY!! #HideOut
