Generational Gratitude as we experience the gathering with family and friends on this Thanksgiving holiday.
Have you wondered when did you became aware of gratitude in your life?
Ever looked back and found gratitude past on by past generations through storytelling or memories of experiences lived?
In this episode we give homage to our ~Abuela & Bisabuela Angela (our grandmother and great grandmother). An example of resilience and how her resilience impacted our lives. How our parents and grandparents have impacted how we are resilient

Naturally, being a part of the same family, we share a beautiful family history. During our recent Life Coaching session, we discovered that even though we are from two different generations we had a lot in common. We are enriched personally and collectively when we are open to explore the way each generation passes to the next their many treasures. Our podcast opens the conversation on how to bridge the so-called generational gap and explore how we can uncover and embrace those hidden treasures stored in our family history. We are excited to invite you all along with our own discoveries and hope you will join us in this journey!
After 7 month hiatus, I am back with some reflexion on 2021 and some inquiries about Choice.
What about our choices? Are we aware what choices brought us to this present moment? What choices am I making now that can be affecting my future?
We continue this week with more examples of unexpected inspirational moments in our story.
Reflecting back through these past 12 to 13 months... so much we can take in and embrace all those little treasures waiting for us to acknowledge them.
Have to ever experienced being inspired by the most unlikely source? Like for example a book that normally you would have never chosen to read and yet it is in your hands and as you read it ... it opens your curiosity and all of the sudden inspiration flourishes.
