While we often times practice what we preach here, it's important to remind ourselves that we are all human. We make mistakes, we learn, and we grow. If you take what we say here as advice, it is up to you as the listener to question the things that we say, take time to further understand the subject, and make educated decisions based on what you've heard. We do our best to provide high-quality, actionable advice. but what works for one person might not work for someone else. If you're unsure, talk to someone you trust, or reach out to us. Today, we talk about our authenticity. We discuss wanting to have more deep and real conversations with one another. We discovered that to be genuine during these calls we had to put the audience to the back of our minds and engage as if no one was listening. About mid-way through, we dive into Dan's mini-meltdown, Dan had a very brief mental moment of weakness, that was very difficult to talk through, but we worked through it as a group.

In this episode, we talk a lot about our financial goals for the future, and what they mean to us. During our conversation, we discussed what it would mean to be a multi-millionaire, or billionaire and what the true value or cost would be behind those titles. In this episode, we start off by talking about our recent employee drop-off. We suffered the unfortunate event of losing a significant amount or position within our staff. We all experienced employee turnover, and a difficult week for lead acquisition with sub-optimal temperatures. Despite this, we didn’t feel saddened or defeated, we all understand that in the realm of business, nothing is guaranteed. We then talk about a variety of things like dreams, and aliens, and somehow wind up on therapy. It really is a wide range of conversation but it’s also a lot of fun to learn new things and discuss different points.

We start off this episode by discussing our successes and failures with our habit challenge week, and we end up going over some of the challenges we liked and didn't like as much. All of us agreed that we enjoyed the challenge overall, and we've opted into continuing these good habits into the future, and we hope that you will too. Then we discussed relationships and influence. Whether we realize it or not, the greatest influences in our lives are often our parents and close friendships. While the influence of those people shapes who we become, I believe we all may be semi-blind to this, I know we all were. It was not until we had this conversation that it really started to hit me. While you listen along, we recommend you take a second to think deeply about who has helped shape the person you are today, and what parts of that influence were good or bad.

In this episode, we talked a lot about our successes and failures this week and really started to dive into our habits and fitness. Then we talked about learning, and the actual skillset it takes to properly learn. It seems crazy that while we all have to be able to learn, there really isn't anything in school taught about the art of learning. How good would you say you are at learning? Lastly, we throw down a habit challenge for the 5 of us, Each one of us picked something we feel we do very well, and challenged the other 4 to achieve a goal based on that habit. We will be logging our completion rates, and posting them for everyone to see on our Instagram page. Although this is an internal competition, we would love it if any of our listeners would like to jump on it as well and compete with us.

In this episode, we dive into our sales processes and talk a lot about things we've been finding successful, and things that have been not quite as successful. Then, we have a lighter conversation about the ens that involved reminiscing, fun stories about our past, how we met, and a few random tales thrown in. Today felt like a much lighter conversation, and we all had a lot of fun recording it.

Disclaimer In this episode, we discuss the topics of hypothetical right or wrong. We end up tying in very controversial topics, such as rape and murder into the discussion, and we did a poor job explaining what our intentions with the conversation were. By no means do we condone any of the topics we discussed, we were simply discussing the idea of "just because one person views the situation as wrong, doesn't mean another person views it as wrong, even if we may not understand where you're coming from". Once again, we do apologize if there's any miscommunication, and we hope nobody was rubbed the wrong way as a result of this conversation.

Right or Wrong? In today's episode, we spend a lot of time talking about right and wrong. What makes something "right", and is there even such a thing? Towards the end of the call, we dive into cold-calling, as we try to get Zach to understand the true value of it, by discussing the perks and skills it helps build that make us stronger both in business and everyday life.

In this episode, we talk a lot about difficult situations. When you are first learning how to run a business, you face a lot of adversity. Something that is both a blessing and a curse as a business owner is that you'll have to address unfavorable situations. Today we share some of our stories with each other about some of the hardships that we have faced. It's interesting that while all of us agreed that while these events were unfolding, it was tough to comprehend and get through them, however looking back on them now, we find them to be fantastic lessons in mindset, and even shared a few laughs together. Hard things are not hard forever, your perception plays a large part in how things unfold.

"Habit is either the best of servants or the worst of masters" - Nathanael Emmons. Today, our conversation is focused a lot on habits. Are your habits helping, or hurting you? The one thing that I think we all agree on in this group is that our habits should help us learn dedication and discipline, and make us better people along the way. Having good habits makes everything else in life easier. In fact, when you try and live an easier life today, you most often end up making it harder down the road. If you are struggling in this area, find a group of accountability buddies, and spend time with people who want you to grow. Your habits will determine your future.

In this episode, we talk about goal setting and fears. If you want to start your year off right, it's important to find a balance between the two. Often, people set goals that are easy because they are scared of what it means to not achieve those goals. What if we told you that fear is incredibly useful for pushing past those limitations. As we get older, I realize that the things that scare you the most are also the things that you need to be paying attention to, and utilizing to become even better.

At the end of the conversation, Daniel and Max get into a one-on-one conversation where Daniel picks max's brain, discussing many topics such as business, mindset, life choices and more.
