The stranger the festival, the better! A Pirate Festival? Bring it on! A Chocolate Festival? Of course! How about an Owl Festival? WHO would say no to that? (lol). Karen J Carlisle is a writer and illustrator of Victorian mysteries, steampunk, fantasy, and cosies with a twist. She was short-listed in Australian Literature Review’s 2013 Murder/Mystery Short Story Competition, and is currently writing the second book in her steampunk adventure series.
