We will provide tangible tools that YOU can apply to your own life as we all seek to become better humans.
What is a genuine man? Well, to be honest, my guest Matt Weger and I don't even pretend to know the answer... but we both share our thoughts on the topic in depth. We talk about growing up on a ranch, cold plunges, social media, baseball, fatherhood, the distractions of everyday life, the never ending desire for 'more' - all things that can affect manhood. So we humbly ask that you listen in and send us your feedback! A podcast is simply a discussion intended to create more discussions.

Have you ever considered that Pastors utilize sales skills in their daily work? We're not talking about 'selling people the Gospel'; rather, we're talking about the principles of sales that go into team building, encouraging others to do more than they thought possible, creating sustainable volunteer networks, etc. The parallels between a good pastor and a good salesman are quite similar when you really think about it. Tune in as Pastor Ben Melli and I dig deep into this topic on the 10th episode of my podcast, It's Just Personal.
Disclaimer: This podcast IN NO WAY is encouraging the commoditization of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are only comparing sales principles with pastor principles. Ben and I view the Gospel with high esteem and would not be the men we are without the saving work of Jesus Christ. The Gospel itself will go forth into all the world, as Jesus sees fit.
