In order to influence your webinar audience, you first need to grab their attention with your one chance at a great first impression. Once you've hooked them, bringing up their pain points will keep them engaged. Then you can excite your audience when you stress that your offer can improve both their pains and their gains. But a winning webinar doesn't stop there—in fact, that's just the introduction.

Today, I'm going to show you the 14-step process of presenting a successful webinar—the same process I've used to make millions of dollars and break industry records.

There's a lot of advice out there about how to deal with customer objections, and the vast majority of it talks about how to respond to the objections your customers bring up themselves. My method of controlling objections is different—I create objections before my customers can, and then I destroy them.

In this episode, I explain how you can turn anything to your advantage if you do it right, including objections. I also cover the key to using objections to increase conversions: giving your prospective audience a reason why.

Price is the most common customer objection you run into while selling, and one of my favorite ways to overcome it is to make my offer's value so massive that it makes the price seem irrelevant.

Doing that isn't always easy. Even if you manage to create an incredibly valuable offer, your customers may have a hard time seeing that because price is concrete whereas value is abstract. But that doesn't mean it's impossible.

In this episode, I go over a hugely valuable bonus my business partner and I included in our offer for The Wholesale Formula, and then use that example to explain how you can make your offer's value so obvious to your audience that they won't hesitate to give you their money.

No matter what I'm selling, one of my biggest focuses is creating an emotionally safe environment for my audience.

But doing that isn't always easy, and there are multiple factors and circumstances that can cause your audience to feel uncomfortable and disconnected from you. If you don't know what those are, you won't know that you should avoid them.

In this episode, I go over the top 3 things that will make potential customers feel emotionally unsafe around you, which in turn will make them less likely to trust you and less willing to buy your products.

Have you ever hesitated to present your audience with an ultimatum to get them to commit? Have you decided not to put certain restrictions on your offer just because other sellers don't have them?

Society often leads us to believe that there are certain boundaries that shouldn't be crossed, but that's not always accurate. As long as it's moral, legal, and ethical, you can set your own rules in business and be honest with your customers about why those rules exist.

In this episode, I talk about two seemingly off-limits things that have helped me achieve massive sales success: telling your customers that you're marketing to them, and playing by your own rules.

Have you ever stopped to consider the power dynamic between you and your customers? Whether you're selling from behind a counter or on top of a stage, you're positioned in opposition to your potential buyers. One of the keys to my sales success is that I always try to bring my audience behind the counter.

In this episode, I discuss why you never want your audience to feel like they're below you, and explain how teaching people to shop around and be better buyers can actually increase your sales as long as you've got the best offer around.

It may seem logical to craft your offer with your most likely buyers in mind, but that's not what I focus on. Whenever I start to craft an offer, I start with the question of how to sell to the most reluctant potential customers.

In this video, I cover how to overcome price objections by making value far outweigh the price, why selling the most skeptical potential customers will allow you to sell to everyone else too, and how you can mimic my methods to increase conversions and sell to cynics.
