The podcast for ambitious individuals who would love to make more of an impact by owning their story and expressing their message to the world.
The Heroes Huddle is inspired by my 2 favourite things growing up. Superheroes and sports. Inspired by the feeling you get being in a group huddle before and after a game.
A space where you can come together as a collective with a shared vision and exchange short, sharp and actionable advice so you can go out onto the field with a clear gameplan and play to your greatest strengths.
What emotions come up for you predominantly when you spend time with your parents?
How deeply have you gotten to know your parents as an adult?
Do you avoid family gatherings?
Family can be a sensitive and frustrating topic but it's also an essential part of rediscovering and accepting all parts of yourself. In this episode I share my own personal experience recently that I had and the invaluable lessons it has taught me about myself the more I've opened myself up to re-meeting my parents in adulthood.

How often do you hear someone say "that's just who I am" usually as an excuse or a underlying avoidance to change?
This episode I talk about the common association we have with the term 'learning' when we go through traditional forms of learning versus life outside of the classroom. Also how becoming aware of the concept of lifelong learning, neuroplasticity and neurogenesis can help you become a effective communicator and all round better person.

Would you believe me if I told you that impactful and sustainable success is not based on natural born talent?
Instead I believe it is the behavioural flexibility and level of openness that you are willing to change.
Let's talk about it.

Have you self-sabotaged before?
A behavioural phenomenon that where we usually ruin a good thing going for us. In this episode, I offer an alternative explanation combining human history and the brain.
Not only do have to face the traumas of our past and societal conditioning influencing the way we behave on the day to day but also the alarm bells of this ancient part of our brain gravitating towards a place of fear and worry. Let's unpack it together!

Here's some ownership. I've been telling myself that I was going to record the first episode of this podcast for months.
I had all the fancy recording equipment ready to go but because it didn't meet a certain false expectation I was setting for myself, nothing was ever released until now.
The fact is, this has been one of many things I've been telling myself and the world that I will do yet hadn't followed through on my word. This creates a conflict of intention and a crack in your integrity.
The last few months have been exhausting so today's episode is my decision to start leaning into this at a greater level and it starts with OWNERSHIP and EXPRESSION.
Each PROBLEM that lies in front of you, comes attached with it's very own SOLUTION.
